INTRODUCTION There are many sector within the business development and many of them job roles are being available. While having such kind of sector such as marketing, hr, tourism, aviation, business, law and accounting this could keep more about the growth and development in business. Along with this report will discuss about the various job roles available as marketing, hr and accounting sectors and some personal thoughts. MAIN BODY Sector 1 Marketing: While there are many job role for marketing such as products manager, digital marketer, account marketer, brand manager, social media manager and media planner (Grewaland et.al., 2020). The qualification required for the marketing sector such as maths knowledge, excellent verbal communication skills, leadership skills, business management skills, the ability for using some initiative and more knowledge selling products and services. This must be important for knowing about how usually the marketing that could play the effective role and make sure for having the proper estimation about the growth and development for the organization. As I think that I am more capable or interested in marketing sector because such kind of skills and experience can be match with my qualification. I have been much capable in communication and maths knowledge as well as about the knowledge for the products and services for the organization.WhileIthinkthatthiscouldmakememoreestimatedaboutgrowthand development for which I make more strategy (Kayumovichand et.al., 2020). I have also taken many action for developing such kind of skills and knowledge that could me for knowing about the marketing sector. While also help me for taking measure steps and with different job roles at organization. Sector 2 Human resources: There are might be having various job roles for human resources such as attracting candidates,selectingcandidate,performanceappraisals,compensation,employeebenefit management and so on (Eknathand Janardhan,2020).Human resources qualification must be
required such as knowledge about the business, technology about the organization, economies, human resources management and human resources concepts. While various types of skills that are being required for the human resources such as communication, team working, performance management, active listening, time management and soft skills. While having such kind of skills this must be require or working with some efficient and valuable job for the organization. As I think that I have more interested in human resources management because this are being matched with my skills and experience. As I have much knowledge about the new adopted technology through which I am being capable and also being able for working at organization. As I have also knowledge managing the time for the employee and organization work with their efficient resources (Niehueserand Boak,2020). I also think about soft skills and way for talking with employee that could be important for me and this could make more working with some betteroutcomes.Apartfromthis,suchkindofskillsthatcouldmakethegrowthand development in organization and achieve more targeted within the market. Sector 3 Accounting: This could be seems that sector for the accounting various job roles are included such as preparing accounts and tax returns, monitoring spending and budgets, financial forecasting and risk analysis, advising how to maintain the profits and loss, auditing and analysis the financial performance. While for working as accounting various skills and qualification that are being required such as strong written and oral communication, time management, mathematical and deductive reasoning, system analysis and active listening and so on (Azmiand Sri,2020). While having such kindof skills I think that, I am not interested for the accounting sector while because I am not able to calculate and make the profits and loss balance sheet. While I also think that, time management for working and system analysis for accounting are being not proper for me in this sector. Along with this in working as organization this could make me for working with having some of the action and strategy and I also make sure about having some measurable action about the skills.

CONCLUSION From the above report it had been concluded that, I am being more aware about the different job roles available such as business, law, tourism, aviation and so on. Along with this I have also learned about many new skills and qualification according to the different business sector and how usually they play role for achieving goals and objective. As I have been more interested in marketing sector through which I can easily learn more new things and easily help me for developing the market knowledge about the different products and services.
