I hold a high school diploma and Agricultural Science Apprenticeship obtained from Östringen High School, Germany – 1985 - 1990 and Institute of Agricultural Science, Ettlingen, Germany – 1990 - 1993 respectively.
Education background In addition, I have a number of licenses and certifications that I have attained from a number of institutions that I attended throughout my academic journey. They include; Human resource fundamentals in CIPD ST. Paul´s College – Train the Trainer Level 3 and 4, Open University – Business Fundamentals: Effective Networking, Open University – Management and Leadership: Leading a Team and Capella - Six Sigma Yellow Training. Currently am improving on my academic competencies as am pursuing a short course to attain a CIPD Level 7 Certification.
Working career Most significantly, I have always wanted to have worked with a number of top companies in Germany like DV-Com GmbH and Berlin Bedrooms GmbH as well as Primrose and DHL Parcel that are found in United Kingdom My working experience has last for close to two decades services in a number of top positions such as Centre Manager, HR Process Lead, and HR Shared Service Centre Advisor among others as stipulated in my Curriculum Vitae. Serving in the above roles has equipped me with a variety of skills and competences which I believe will enable me to execute the above role effectively so that the organization can meet its set objectives. Some of these skills and competences include; customer relations management, multi-tasking, time management and organization skills, supervisory and management experience as well as international experience in the United States and theUnited Kingdom.
