1.0 Self-reflection on personal learning and development,
and the transferable skills
It helps in understanding the social skills like capability and failing that can be use or
improved by time. I can use these ability to develop my learning and development
skills that can assist me attribute growth or makes me stable to make my own
decisions for future. I feel that I have come up with the improvement in self discipline,
which is important for impressive learning. Through, this module I have apparently
developed confidence in all the transferable skills as, communication, teamwork and
automation etc. these ability have been increases through study and placements, I
feel positive on my communication. The assignment has help me in understanding
an importance of all the prospect of human action both spoken and non spoken
such as position, expression, eye contact and touch(Bose, 2017). During my
internship I have seen that how the work is being done in organization systematically
and smoothly. It was nice experience, I have got that how the work is done in work
premises. I have also experienced that how to work patiently, calmly and focused
towards the activities. I felt some nervousness in starting, because I find difficulty in
facing audience and delivering a speech but with the good guidance I am working
on these fears to overcome from weaknesses, I m pleased that I got a great mentor
that help me in making good decision and building a decisions.

learning and development
I need to understand my strength and weaknesses where I can use my interpersonal
skills and qualifications, by using SWOT analysis on my learning and development
abilities. so that I can work on my weakness and use my strength to develop my
individual and vocation growth.

Thus, the above analysis states that it can be done any time to work on our self so
we can advancement and improve the deficiencies.

by attending this module
The learning, I have adapted while studying this module are I have get a skills of
writing a proper and official mail in corporate proposal, gained the knowledge in
respect of time management and operational activity(Sun, 2020).

 Technical skills- By completing this module, I have set my goals and
subjective. My IT skills have improved, I get to know how to use Microsoft
and other software in workplace.
 Operational skills- I also learn making power point presentation and crating
word files for reports as well as I got the knowledge of advance excel or
creating data base and many ways of collecting data for organization.
 Communication skills- Many new things I have get to know while
placements or practice that are totally new to me like updated technology or
how to speak to the clients who is giving business to the company.
 Listening skills- Creating a to do list of daily task and being focused towards
attracting customers for business and the most spirit I have acquire is “
explore go get a knowledge and listen the speaker properly patiently'.
 Integrity skills- people trust on them who are honest and stand on their
values . It includes the right things and truth in a workplace it creates a good
reputation and opportunities for business and future(Rojas, 2021).
At this level, I have a amount of knowledge and understanding that I can use to
make my future bright and successful for personal growth it makes me feel
confident and positive or motivated to continuously work on the progress of my
personal skills and learning. I personally feels that I have learn many more things
that are out of reach for me to learn but I want to work on that so that I can get
knowledge of every sector.
1.3 Skills I would like to develop during my academic studies,
personal life and the workplace
The things I have to work for personal growth and learning skills for my interpersonal
goals and desires that would assist me in upcoming years to seek myself at good
position or desired place(Karybayeva, 2019).
 Critical thinking skills - this skill include the power of exploring things
according the need of workplace or academics that will help in
competing task or job with creativity and with best knowledge.
 problem solving skills - the ability I have to work on to handle or
resolving issues. To be a good issue resolver can stay calm when they

face hurdles and assist in giving all their best solutions to trait the
trouble.
 decision making - ability of making reliable and accurate decision
that makes the management easier and work effective to attain
business goals successfully.
 innovative skills – it includes involving the new ideas in the offers with
the mission of attaining success and social agenda. this states that
think from every angle such a economic value, risks etc.
however, these can be beneficial for all parts of life, the above points are useful in
the workplace and will guide for line of work growth and will teach some business
ethics(Bush, Coleman, Wall and 2018). I usually found the study of module is useful
for me to develop and satisfy myself. It gives a confidence of being great and gives
motivation of learn new things everyday whether it is your subject or out of subject.
