INTRODUCTION This document will be written using an individual's subjective reflections and details. Recognition of individual strengths and vulnerabilities would also be mentioned(Avidov-Ungar and Herscu, 2020). The CV of the student has been included in the subsequent section of this paper in order to determine the person's potential abilities for prospective roles after graduation. This activity also involvesa subjective advancement log to ensure that grades are on timeline and to identify any flaws. Self-reflection on personal learning and development, and the transferableskills The goal of this study is to concentrate on the various talents and capabilities which would enable us to assess the various factors which contribute to a productive profession.
