SECTION - A INTRODUCTION AND OVERVIEW OF THE PORTFOLIO
Skills in an individual reflect the behaviour and aspects of the personal skills. Skills plays
an important role in the life of any person as per to their abilities and capabilities. The
fundamental objective of this report is to know the significance of personal abilities. For
accomplishing higher development and success their abilities that plays effective role in person's
life. The report covers personal development abilities to analyse the career development tools
and as well as resources. An individual can enhance their personal skills with the support of
journal, workshops and any other event in an effective and as well as efficient sort of manner. I
recently attend several term of mini work shop and by which I learn many versatility things from
them that it will support me in creating my personal and as well as my professional skills for my
career developments. First of all I have learn from workshop is creating personal development
plan that supported me in knowing what abilities I have and from where I will enhance such
abilities. I apply such sort of my personal life and prepare my personal development plan. After
it, I learn about SWOT analysis and I execute this in my personal life that supported me in
knowing what strength, weaknesses, opportunities and as well as threats that I have. From this
mini project workshop that I learned about the time management skills that supported me in
enhancing my career development skills. I prepare my weekly plan that will enhance my life
style and I have measured that as a person I maintain my skills that plays effective role in my
life. By creating such sort of the abilities that supported me in performing varied term of work
and task on time that will maximise my effectiveness and efficiency. From this section I learned
about the significance of communication skills and abilities that plays in our life that defined my
aspects that communication skills will effectively communicate with other individuals and
efficiently transfer my feeling to another individuals. The portfolio supported me in creating my
communication skills chart that will effectively determining the most efficient abilities. By the
support of this report, I learned about the social and valuable aspects that supports me in creating
my potential personality and also supported me in knowing that what sort of actions and
activities are bad for society.

SECTION – B – PERSONAL STATEMENT
By this portfolio I have learned about each and every skills that plays an essential term of
role for my career advancement. By creating such sort of skills in which I am capable to get my
desirable job. After this section, the following term that I have learned about creating CV and
which I have measured that creating an efficient CV is very essential for me as it exist in me and
it will enhance my skills effective. Also by such sort of skill it will also help me to impress my
Human Resource (HR) of the business of management. After creating my skills I prepared for
my CV that supports me in getting my desirable job. All such sort of skills that supported me in
creating my social and valuable awareness and my roles. By applying SWOT on my personal life
to enhance my career development sections which I have analysed that I have various sort of
strength that I will use for enhancing my career development and enhancement. By attending
varied term of seminars, work – shops, webinars and as well as lecture that will help me in
managing my social and ethical course of awareness due to which I re – organised my roles and
responsibilities towards my future career in an effective and as well as efficient manner. On the
other hand, by attending such sort of lecture guide that I learned about what is good and what is
bad aspect in creating my social and valuable awareness towards my roles and responsibilities in
the business for enhancement of my career. Due to which I am also a part of society and its my
responsibility to make sure that my work or actions will not have an impact on any other
individuals. Then after it, I have learned about writing skills like summarising, editing of text,
data analysing, making a table of content and so on that enhance my writing skills and offers me
a manner that how I will write and that will also supports me in better understanding. After this, I
have learned about employability skills that are also effective to me for my furthermore skill in
an effective and efficient manner. By having effective term of the skills and abilities in the
person it will be easy for the person to get their desirable job in their field of the sector. Skills
and abilities plays essential part in the life of a person that termed to be an activity an method of
a person. Skills within a person is the sense of knowledge of services to perform something. For
accommodating the higher term of growth and accommodation of the skills will plays an
essential role in their life. There are personal development skills and as well as abilities. A
person can advance their personal skills by the support of periodical plans and seminars. Growth
is all about getting new skills and knowledge. It will also relates to the development that linked
