INTRODUCTION
In health and social care the increasing needs of health care services and different health
care issues are influencing the development of innovative approaches in context to the
management of all these issues and challenges effectively. FDSC is the innovation supporting
program, which helps the employers to get success in the development and selection of the
higher level qualified staff and practitioners (Leibler and et.al., 2018). This helps the health care
students understand the concepts of health and social care and then prepare them for rewarding
career goal achievement in this sector. In this report analysis of the personal practices
development is done in context to the fulfilment of changing needs of health care sector, such as
develop the innovative skills and knowledge, which will help in the effective career.
MAIN BODY
Analyse personal practice developments that are responsive to changing
needs of the sector
Health and social care sector is full of the competition and opportunities and throughout
my academic studies and professional career planing or development. I have analysed that the
health care system is changing with new needs and requirements regarding services techniques
and health care professionals.
Changing needs in health care sector regarding employability- health and social care
sector is changing with the new environmental and social needs in context to which,
development of the innovative health care strategies and practices is become essential, which
further effects the health care employers needs. In context to which health care students
education and training along with the personal practices should be innovative and effective
enough to meet the changing needs of health social care sectors along with the requirements of
the employers (Jiang and Wen, 2020) .
There are the needs of highly qualified health care practitioners, from the specific filed of
health care provision which should meet the current needs of the health care services. World
health care system is changing with the complex drivers and trends, which can be work as the
opportunity and threat for health care organisation and employees. So in-order to get the
opportunity of career goal achievement, to become the health care professional at the best job

specification. I did some personal practices development in order make myself eligible for
meeting the current needs of health social care sector. Below is the brief illustration of my
personal practices development in context to changing needs.
Personal practices development in context to the changing needs of social care sector
I Joined the the two year course of FdSc Supporting Innovation in Health and Social
Care, which helped me to make effective personal approaches for practices development
responsive to the changing needs of health and social care. Such as I developed my personal
practices by the effective learning and participation in the innovative curriculum of the course.
Improved ethical, values and use in own practices- In context to the health care sector
current needs ethical and moral values application within the health care practices is very
important (AJALA and et.al., 2019) . I have developed my personal practices in relation to the
heath care sector by Improving my knowledge about the ethical values and morals which is
important to consider in health care practices. Such as my ethical practices improved by the
study and training of autonomy, beneficence, non-maleficence and justice. I can use my
knowledge and experience of different ethical values in the effective health care task and job role
accomplishment. As the political and social factors are leading higher trend of the management
of ethics and moral within the health care practices. And all these changing need is can be
satisfied with the appropriate knowledge and practices of autonomy, beneficence, non-
maleficence and justice.
Learning and experience of the contemporary issues in health and well being- In
health and social care sector there is the continuous development of social, economical and
political issues. Which have to be manage and prevented in order maintain the well-being. My
strategic contemporary issues management practices are developed in context to the health care
sector by the effective learning of the contemporary issues and the strategies principles of its
management. I got the practical training from this two year health social care professional
development course curriculum. Which helped me to improve my personal and professional
practices regarding contemporary issues management. Such as I developed my professional
practices, with the knowledge and experience of strategic management, which involves the
different step of issues management, such as analyses, develop, plan, execute and review
(Pinzone and Guerci, 2019) .

help me to successfully achieve the goals and objectives of my career goals. I performed in the
various task and training of the centralized monitoring of hospital patients, which will be the
effective practices experience in context to the current needs of the health care sector and my job
role success (Brown, Pasupathy and Patrick, 2019).
Promoting health and well-being- In my personal practices development one of the
objective was to get the appropriate experience and knowledge of the health care promotional
and well-being practice. For that is I learn about the health care promotion, its principles,
strategies and actions plans along with the study of appropriate health promotion practices. And
then I understand the importance of education in health care promotion, which should be related
to the healthy diet, frequent drinking, regular experience, eat five a day, less salt and fat, enough
sleeping, stress management. All these knowledge will help me to meet the changing needs of
the health care sector, because needs of the life style improvement is the leading health care trend
which can help in the control of health issues (Dias and et.al., 2021) .
Equality, diversity and anti-oppressive practice- Equality and diversity present in
classroom has helped me in the course of learning and professional development. This course of

or any other forms of discrimination. While in course of future it will help in the process of
dealing with oppressive practises in the process of working as a professional in the healthcare
sector. In case of social services there are many instances of discrimination that may arise
because of large amount of diversity (Preston and Firmin, 2021) . In the future professional
requirements the learnings are going to help in delivering and serving of people & the society in
a more inclusive manner. Equality and diversity will help me to ensure that all the patients are
treated fairly and offering them due respect so that there is no negative impact on their mental
health. There will be a respect on diversity people to respect their cultures, trust, worth and the
way of living life. All above practices development are very important and effective to meet the
health care employer need, regarding higher qualified staff and professionals (McEwan and
Bedford, 2021).
CONCLUSION
From the above study it has been concluded that in health and social care sector the
innovation care practices and modification along with the higher qualification, with brief
knowledge of each standards and police is very important. This can help to meet the changing
needs of the health care sector which is influenced by the new trends and demands of the social
political or economical factors. There are the different courses of the health care which provide
the effective learning and training experiences, to meet the current and changing needs of the
health and social care sector. Reflective analysis is the important skill which helps the student to
make analysis of their personal practices and achievement regarding career goals. In context to
the changing need of health care sector there are some are of development which will be
effective enough to manage those changes. such as ethical, values contemporary issues in health
