individual. It is crucial that the organisation and
individual look after the different challenges faced in
the work process. It is essential to find the solution to
work based problems along with the various styles of
communication at different levels. In the later section
effective time management strategies will be
evaluated.

SOLUTION TO WORK BASED
PROBLEMS
In any organisation there are several types of
problems that get arisen. These problems can hamper
the growth rate and profit margin of the company. It
is essential that solution to the problem must found
out as soon as possible so as to ensure that problems
do not bring disruption to the business. The biggest
problem that company is facing is of the collaborative
working.

In my firm, there are many learning styles that
are being followed by different individuals. These
learning styles assists in identifying the problems
that gets arise within firm. Every employee needs
to select his or her own learning style based on
the need of career development he has.

styles can be generated. They are solitary, verbal and
logical. Certain pre-defined channels are useful for
communicating at various levels of firms. For
example managers can take use of the directive or
controlling method so as to have control over their
operations and subordinate (Horsford, Grosland and
Gunn, 2011).
