INTRODUCTION
Speaker Notes: By knowing about individual strength and weakness I an able to select
career objectives effectively. There are certain challenges that come in path at the time of
working they are also mentioned in the presentation. As considering the strength there are
various aspects which is that I am a hard working person where I an passionate to learn things

Speaker notes: There is need of marketing person who is able to carry on the work of marketing
in proper manner. There is lot of competition present in the market and there is need of effective
marketing in order to gain success. Marketing management can be defined as a process that is
being used by a company to maximise their turnover by taking necessary steps by the company
(Albrecht, Moscardo, and Dwyer, 2022). It is necessary for the marketing manager to analyse the
trends in market and provide best to the customers.

Discuss and analyse your career paths
Speaker Notes: There is need to know that it is important to carry on management
course in marketing so that the theoretical knowledge can be achieved. At the same time various
projects are being undertaken as they help in developing more skills and knowledge. At the same
time, there is need to take knowledge in the field of digital marketing as it helps to take lead over
all the competitors in the market. There is wide scope of marketing as a career and it is necessary
to take right steps in the field (Chaykina and et.al., 2021). Along with that there is increase in
demand of a person that is able to help the organisation enhance the sales.

Identify your strengths and link them with possible career paths
Speaker notes: The person must be aware about their skills that will help them to attain career
objectives. First of all, the area of interest must be known so that right career option can be
chosen.
Communication skills: I am good at communication skills and it helps me to interact
with different individuals effectively. I do not feel nervous and that helps me to build effective
relations. The skill will help me in future to get a good job as a marketing manager. It is
necessary to interact with the customers. It is necessary to use the skill so that objective of career
can be achieved. This is the most major skill where I am able to communicate the right
information and this has helped me a lot at different circumstances
Time management skills: There is need of effective time management skill to each and
every individual. It helps me to carry on all the tasks that are being assigned to me on time. It is
necessary to follow the deadlines and complete the overall work at right time with right skills. It
will definitely help me to carry on the work in such a manner that my objectives are attained.
This will help me at the time of job, I will be given time to carry on the task and with the help of
proper time management skills the work will be completed on time.

Teamwork skills: I am able to develop team working skills by taking part is group
project at the time of study. There is need of developing the skill as at the time of job also there
is need of working in team (Allen and et.al., 2019). By coordinating with team members, I will
be able to complete the overall task properly. By working in group the skills of all the employees
is used and that helps to attain the overall goals of organisation. In this can say that the role of
the shaper has influenced a lot in my team work skill where I was able to motivate other as weel
to perform more better.

objectives.
Competition: All my colleagues are my competitors and are doing the same study. The
main issue is that they will also give interview in the same company. This reduces the chances of
selection. But, I am good at communication skills and it will help me to give interview better and
get the job.
Uncertainties and change in scope: There is regular changes in the business
environment and this enhances the chances of change in scope of marketing. It is another
challenge that can arise (von Suchodoletz and et.al., 2018). But by using my skills are
knowledge, I will be able to attain success and growth in my career.

Conclusion

INTRODUCTION
Employability skills are all those skills that help to get a good job. It is necessary for the
individuals to develop the skills at the time of study. All these skills are helpful and will be
required in future to do job (Salter, and Rhodes, 2018). The use of Gibb's model of reflection is
done in order to share the experience and learn from the same. All the employability skills must
be developed and they help to carry on the job properly. There is need to concentrate in each and
every aspect in University in effective manner as it will help to get a good job.
Gibbs model of reflection
It is developed by Graham Gibbs in 1988. It is a cycle of reflection that helps to share the
experience in different stage. It is important to take proper care at each and every stage so that
proper learning can take place (Partridge, 2021). There is need to enhance the skills and learn
from the experience. There are six stages that are being studied under this model of reflection
and they are mentioned below:
Description: It is the first stage under Gibb's reflective cycle. There is need to describe
the situation in this stage and then carrying the activities in proper manner. I am sharing my
experience of studying in University. There is need of taking degree so that I can get a good job.
There are various events that take place at University, some of them are good and other are bad.
The main think is that, I am able yo enhance my skills at that time and they will help me in
future. It is necessary to participate in each and every event and learn from the same. I am
interacting person and I made friends at the starting. This helped me to work at each and every
level properly (Ahmed, 2018). My teachers were also cooperating and they supported me at
each and every level. There are various group projects that were being assigned to us and they
helped me to develop skills. I was good at communication skills but by doing projects and asking
doubts in class I was able to enhance my skills further. It is necessary to work using all the skills
as it helps to attain success. The team working skills also enhanced as I was working in team. I
also worked as leader in certain projects and faced issues as well. It is necessary to grab the
opportunities and take right action in the field. I am also able to learn research making skills by
doing the projects. There is need to carry on research to complete the projects (Pochtaryova, and

Vasyagina, 2020). There were various instances that help me to carry on the work properly and
enhance the skills.
Feelings: There are several feelings that occur at the time of entering University. I was
little bit nervous. Nut after days, my feeling changes and I was exited to carry on the work and
learn new things. I was always enthusiastic to learn and the same helped me to carry on the
overall work properly. I was handling the projects effectively and the same motivated me. I was
getting good support from my family and friends that kept me working properly. I analysed that
one must be positive so that he/she is able to carry on the work properly. There is need of
working with positivity so that real tasks can be attained. This helped me to carry on all the
activities in proper manner. The projects helped me to boost my level of confidence and attain
success (Mitin, and Galina, 2018). Nowadays, I am curious to work and completing work on
right time that helps me to enhance my time management skills. There is need of confidence so
that all the tasks are carried properly. There are several challenges that take place at the time of
studying in University.
Evaluation: In this stage evaluation is given. It is necessary to evaluate the incident and
know about the what went well. It is evaluated that there is need of hard work and dedication as
it helps to carry on the work properly. It is seen that taking initiative is important as it will help
me to carry on the research on proper manner. I am able to develop certain skills that will help
me to get good job. There is need to work in such a manner that assist me to use the skills in
future. The practice helps to develop the skill on regular basis (Makovec, 2018). I am able to
understand that there is need of proper presentation skills that that will help to get good marks. I
have also evaluated that by using all the skills properly and developing them a person is able to
get ready for employment.
Analysis: In this stage overall analysis of the experience is done. There is need to
understand each and every situation effectively. By working with dedication and concentration is
required to carry on the task effectively. I have understood that being engaged in the class helps
to complete the work properly. There is need to learn on continuous basis so that the
performance can be enhanced (Seif, 2019). There are several mistakes that were also done by
me. But the important part is, I learnt lesson from the mistakes. It is also analysed that there is
need of communication skills so that the relations can be build with all the seniors and teachers.
It is necessary for a person to learn with the experience. By conducting the group projects I am

able to enhance my team working skills and leadership. This is helpful as all the tasks that are
given to be enhanced by skills. I also done an internship in marketing and that helps me to
enhance the practical knowledgeable related to marketing. By conducting the same I am able to
carry on the work properly and know the reality of corporates. There is need to take actions that
will help to carry on the task in proper manner. I have analysed that all the skills are required at
the time of employment. This is necessary to show all the skills at the time of interview so that it
is easy to get selected (Weller, 2019). There are certain situations in life that are different from
one another. The use of skills in right manner will help to carry on the work and to overcome all
the challenges that come in path. A person needs proper skills and must work on enhancing them
on regular basis. Being a student, it is important to learn all the skills and will be helpful in
future.
Conclusion: It is concluded that, while studying in University it is important to be
attentive and take care of all the important points. There are various circumstances that occur. By
taking care and learning from them, I am able to achieve success. There is need to use all the
skills as they will help in getting good job.
I have been the kinaesthetic learners where I just focus on the aspects which I revised and
evaluated on the basis of my experienc3e. It is very important for me to develop with this style
this style helped me a lot in my projects where I was able to focus on the aspects of developing
my skills. I practice a lot as being the student it is important for me to revise of the various topic
which is not clear to me.
Also from the use of the Belbin model I identified that I categorised my self with the role of the
shaper where I was able to motivate my other team members to improve themselves in a certain
task. I was able to develop my various characteristic through this nrole where Imy extrovert skill
helped me lot in completing the task on the right time. I was able to take my team further where
Ibelieve that team work can be more significant in achieving the goals and objectives of the
assigned work.
Action Plan: It helps to take necessary actions to enhance the skills.

CONCLUSION
