It covers a range of aspects such as communication skills, using ICT, research skills, teamwork and collaborative practice, time management, self-management, problem-solving skills, and more. This article discusses the experiences and learnings of a participant in the module and how it helped them enhance their skills to become a successful HR manager. It also provides action plans to improve communication and time management skills.
