INTRODUCTION
The personal and professional development allows an individuals to
effectively assess their own set of skills as well as abilities. In addition
to this, it allows them to consider various goals and objective in their
life and how they can achieve them through elements such as
education, training as well as change in mind-set. The following
presentation is based on my own interest of establishing a clothing
business. The presentation will discuss my career path as well as focus
on identifying my strengths and link them to the career path. In
addition to this, it will highlight possible challenges as well as methods
to overcome them through my strengths.

When it comes to my career path, I have decided to start my
own business that will be in the field retail clothing. In context
to the business, it will consists of providing clothing to
customers through the utilization of effective marketing
methods and pay emphasis on digital marketing. With the help
of marketing I will be able to gain a large customer base and
expand the business in a structured and systematic manner

When it comes to my career path, I think I have
various and effective strengths as well as skill set that will help
me establish my business. In addition to this I think my
strengths will help me in understanding how to follow my
career path in an organized manner when establishing a
business. Moreover, my strength will help me develop a proper
plan which will ensure high level of success and growth. Given

There are various challenges that I can encounter
when establishing my own business in the market. These

will negative impact my business and reduce its growth. In

strengths in order to negate such situation and attain high level
of development. Given below are various challenges I can
encounter:

CONCLUSION
From the above presentation it can be concluded that, it is crucial for an individual to
develop in both personal and professional aspect. This allows them to achieve their set goals
as well as objective in an efficient manner. Through this presentation I was able to
understand and analyse my selected career path in a structured and systematic manner. In
addition to this I was able to identify my strengths and link them to my selected career path.
Moreover, through the presentation I was able to identify various challenges that I can
encounter as well as how can use my strengths in order to overcome them in an optimal
manner.
