Task 1
It is essential for an individual to analyze the professional field appropriately so that they will
further identify the skills which they need to develop to achieve their aim in their targeted
professional field. The following PPT covers description of professional field, analyzing career
paths, graphs to illustrate career paths, identification of available strength and linking them with
possible career path Andy challenges and the description about how to overcome these
challenges with available strengths.
• I have also decided to choose internship option as an HR employee within various kinds
of companies. This will help me to gain the experience that how an employee should
work within corporate sector.
• Gaining experience through internship will help me to develop more opportunities for me
to get selected for the interview. Hence I should focus on developing my resume and
make it attractive by the working experience as an intern or as part time employee within
HR department.
• I will also apply for various kinds of jobs within HR department of various companies in
different industries wherever I see the advertisement on different promotional channels.
• My other strength is my leadership skill which will help me to influence others toward
my ideas and concepts. I have effective skill to manage a team and make them understand
the goal of whole team
• Effective team working skill is also my one of the best strength which will help me in
mitigating various challenges in my life. I know how to manage a team and how to
delegate the task and work according to the skills and talents of team members.
• Problem solving skill is also one of my best strength which will help me to analyze the
root of every issue which I have faced in my academic career and make a effective
solution to mitigate that issue effectively so that it will not raise again.
