Personal and professional development is basically defined as a idea and concept which
helps in managing own understanding and learning of an individual throughout their work career.
As it is essential that every individual should carry out and regulate their activities in order to
develop their skills along with their knowledge with update along with ensuring that individual
to continue to carry out their work effectively as well as safely (Suryanti and Arifani, 2021).
Personal as well as professional development is also termed to be continuous professional
development which is (CPD). As this report is based on personal as well as professional
development of an individual which are being learned by them through out their career. As this
report includes an understanding and description of personal as well as professional
development, knowledge of value of short term, medium term as well as long terms goals that
benefits individuals to enhance their career learning along with its conclusion.

Understanding concept of personal and professional development.
Personal development is generally considered to be a set of activities which helps in
developing capabilities of an individual as well as potential along with generating out human
capital, facilitating employability along with improving quality of life of aspirations and dreams.
As personal development somehow may take place over a course of an individual's whole
lifespan. As goal as well as aim of personal as well as professional development is to give benefit
to individual for managing out their own learning along with growth opportunities throughout
their career (Kösterelioğlu, 2021). As it becomes necessary for every individual to learn as well
as develop their skills along with knowledge for having up to date along with ensuring that
individual should carry out their work effectively as well as legally. Professional and personal
development is essential as it benefits individual in order to expand as well as grow their skills
along with talents that are beyond their recent role and professional in order to prepare
themselves for providing more that makes them high valuable to employers. As some of manners
by which it could helps in managing out individual's personal as well as professional
development that are as follows:
ï‚· Identification as well as taking up right opportunities: As by carrying out training
which is not about only learning. As it also requires to carry out search for accurate

could accomplished in some weeks or months. These objectives generally offers effective as well
as best skills for having development of an individual. As it is large enough to design significant
progress as well as results. As there are different as well as various learners by time which they
are desired to achieve its planned objectives with in a specified period of time. As value of
medium terms goals generally helps individuals to accomplish their goals that is based on
monetary change, as it helps in reaching out long term goals effectively with an ease in order to
