INTRODUCTION
Education, skills and personal development is one of the most important thing in this time
which makes one to able for getting their job as per their interest. By using the example there is
explanation of the skills which I have identified in myself. This is the one which is totally
depends on the skills which is their strength and the advantages which are there in an individual.
In this essay, it is going to be discussed about the interested job requirement which includes the
skills for getting the job regarding with the goals for short, medium and long time (Garst 2016).
MAIN BODY
Position and reason
I am the one who is knowing my ability and my skills which can be used for the job for
which I want to apply. Here, on the basis of my skills, work experience along with capability, I
would like to apply for the job of service manager which is based on any particular region as the
protagonist. This one is chosen due to interested in the contribution to society, involves care and
development, interested in work in unsocial hour like weekends and evenings, ability to well
organised, able to listen carefully, ability to lead a team which are some of the basic
reuqiremen6ts which should be in any regional service manager and such qualities which can
help me in getting this job which can help me out in the future development.
Hospitality industry
Hospitality industry is the one where the service is delivered to the customer to satisfy
their need and want with the proper care and with right time which is one of the most important
key for the service. This is one of the most demanded industry where the service is being
delivered to the customer to full fill their expectations (Kelley and et. al., 2019). Service industry
is the one in which there is delivery of the services which is according to demand of the customer
which price range depends on the quality. This is the one where there is requirement of the
creative thinking, supervision, training and development, good communication with individuals
or groups along with ability to solve problems, having the ability to change the plan which is in
very short time, adaptability to change and having the ability to influence others regarding to
anything. Such are the speciality which is some of the learning form the academic sources.

There is an example which are able to show that whatever the ability I am having with
myself there are many of them have come through my job experience which is going to be
explained with an example (Tsitskari and et. al., 2017).
Example- In my previous job there were some of the targe5t which was also related with
the services where my job was to deliver some of the products which was there to be delivered
about 100 of parcels which needed to be delivered in some particular time limit and with the
proper care of the parcels. There were many of delivery were need to have the call for the
delivery to get the parcel direct to the hand of the receivers. There I need to have the feedback
and need to make the strategy for the better delivery of the parcels for in limit time by using the
shortest distance for saving my time and in this process there is need to communicate with many
people which can help in finding some of the short ways along with working routes and for the
purpose of the feedback there is need to have the good communication with customer (Estevez
and et. al., 2018). I need to learn the team work which can help me out in my future job and my
personal development. This is the one in which there are many things which I have learned about
the skills which I have and many of things which I am able to do. This was one of the scenario in
which I have learned many things and there are so many of the examples which I have live and
which given me many lessons along with many possibilities which can help me increasing and
developing the ability and skills. Such like that I find my ability and skills which is discussed
above in the essay.
The psychometrics and other skills and behaviour surveys which create good match for job role
The psychometrics test and behavioural test are are generally used to analyse strength and
weakness of person. In which I used to prepare my psychometrics and behavioural approach
which is being flexible and based on my CV. As per my skill and behaviour survey, this put me
in category of being good to take the job which I applied for. The position for which I applied for
is service manager of a region which have responsibility of a particular area. On which it is
analyse that strength needed for this is collaborative behaviour, respond to need of other,
confront challenges needs, grow in competitive work environments, manage supervise process
and operation, and grow with training and development plans which is being offered by
organisations, and in service industry as per the given role it is necessary to communicate with
individual and group is being easy, and from my last job history which show that I lead a team in
various organisation. As per my work history I work as on site manager, which work is to set

route and coordinated driver for safe delivery. I managed up to 60 drivers which is being tough
task. I worked in CGC as a delivery driver which experience is like mapping and deliver up to
100 parcel daily in various locations (Rajendra 2018). Work in NGC couriers as delivery driver
which work is to load and secured item which provide enough knowledge to handle people and
lead a team. I am able to take the responsibility of group or team and works as a team leader with
specified target and achieve the goals with contribution of the teams. My work experience and
strength create me a good match for the service manager of a regions. My weaknesses are very
low in number and which is not affect role for which is applied.
LinkedIn profile and CV to reflect the necessary requirements for this job/industry
I figured out my strength and weakness which show my compatibility for the job, in
LinkedIn and CV, I mentioned my strength which show me as team leader. This approach help
me to develop this profile on the basis of preferred job role. It is very easy to figure your strength
and make a CV. The CV and LinkedIn profile are prepared in such a way which is being full
filled the necessities of organisation as they see your CV and profile. In this weakness are shown
very less due to this everyone highlight your weakness and reject the strength and experience
because of simple thinking that is the person can not even improve weakness after a long time in
their job.
Extra self-development activities
As per my experience I have done many of extra self development program during my
college day to job role which is learning new challenges, played role as leader in programmes.
This all short activities develop number of skill and knowledge which help in to figure out the
enhance my career (Liu 2018).

There are various up and down stairs are happens is life relatability, this up an down
teach us about some of basic skills which help him to out from many issue going in life. This
skills are patience, stress tolerance and help to faces new challenges. At a time this all help me to
contribute in my career. Like when I decided to create my career this small skill contribute in
development of personal and professional life. The short term goal of my life is to fix my
morning routine which provide me smooth functioning and teach me time management (Cunliffe

2016). This time management help me to create an systemic approach in life where is used to do
my work on time. The medium term goals are preparing for exam in university, making notes.
This all are the medium term goals which emphasis for intermediate time until the goal is
achieved. The long term goals are considered as a objective or aim which gain and impact in life
or career for a long time, like first promotion in job which is an long term goal for number of
people. The long term goal have compatibility and adaptability to contribute their achievement in
the path of success. This is relatability helpful in career aspiration. This help to be a smart and
hard worker to achieve their own goals (Buckland 2017).
CONCLUSION
From the above discussion, one is able to understand the reason and the job profile for
which it is being applied. There is the discussion about the skills and the abilities which one is
able to achieve and learned in the academic time along with as the working experience. Self-
awareness is able discussed with the reason to have that. There is also discussion related with the
strength which are there required for getting that particular job. There are many personal skills
which are there for the development is discussed there.
