Introduction
The given report document is an inclusive of reflection over my experience which was
gained during development of the module HR7004. In inclusive of provided paper key aspects
like professional as well as personal development will be focused. Furthermore, critical skill
development and some distinctive challenges faced during the task will be highlighted. For the
purpose being derivates of Gibbs reflective cycle will be taken into consideration (Hemmings,
Watson and Parker, 2019). For the report personal as well as professional development of skills
and abilities of mine will be taken into consideration and basis of continuous improvement will
be promoted. s
Main Body
Description
The stated module i.e., HR7004 speaks about Mental Wealth: Professional Exchange
and Applied research. Inclusive of the module I with my group was being explored to working in
challenging, changing and complex global environment. For the purpose being I was recruited
as an intern in marketing and social media in Positive Mental Healh LTD, London, UK. In
the process being several attempts were being made in respect to direct the flow of activities
and development of skills as well as abilities in respect to reflect on professional development of
an individual (Jaswal and Kshetrimayum, 2020).
The module formed its basis of understandings in respect to mental wealth that states
about how an individual can tap into thoughts, emotions and feelings in respect to re-frame
prospective of life. In the process being several activities were being arranged in the task that
was further divided into standards for their completion. Each week was guided by relative
understanding of the topic and at the end task being in individual task or a group task was being
allotted. Overall, given module formed an effective basis under which I was able to develop
better understandings in respect to business environment and further developed employability
skills. This module guided my efforts towards correct direction and gave a decent impression
over effective usage of resources when being tasked for attainment of a desired goal or a
objective (John-Matthews and et. al., 2020).
Feelings
At a glance I felt little nervous as it was such a high graded project which had greater
importance in my professional career life. However, reflecting to out excellent management
system of our university in which my efforts were being tracked and monitored by out tutors or
