INTRODUCTION
It is very important for a person to focus on the personal as well as professional to be
successful in a personal as well as professional life (Busse, et al. 2014). A person should
focus on all the different skills and knowledge in order to achieve the significant growth and
development. This report demonstrates the different aspects of personal and professional
development including the impact of personal values and principles on the contribution to
work in HSC setting. It also helps in understating the development of a person and
professional development. This work aims to encourage the learner to make reflective
practitioners by applying understating of HSC setting.

effectively. It brings sincerity and
punctuality towards the work.
Curiosity Being curious help me in understanding the
different aspects of the medical sciences. It
helps in gaining more knowledge and skills
which reflect positively on the effectiveness
of work.
