WITH OTHERS
Working as professional in healthcare unit, I have found few limitations and weak points of
my profile work As a working in management level, I don't have any power to obtain the
information directly from the clients for providing them suitable service. As my work is not
permitted to offering direct service to clients. Due to lack of opportunity to connect directly
with the patient might become a reason for lack of faith. This can affect my skills of
managing data of patients and reduce the knowledge in day to day activities in the health
and social care unit.
It's become quite difficult during working with co-workers and teammates to take any
initiative while working in the position of job limits. There is also a situation when I get failed
to complete the necessary practice and norms in the workplace. I am also not able to
control this activity because I don't have power in my hands to take decisions (Cameron, et
al. 2014).

parity and discrimination. Personnel effectiveness help to develop the working quality of
service providers in working place. It also resolves all the conflicts and removes barriers in
task process.
It is good for every service provider when they get equal respect and work in an efficient
manner. Apart from this, I will try to maintain the code of conduct should establish in health
and social care unit. There are numbers of rights should be available for employees likewise
employees ideas and views should get importance, the power to take a decision in an
unexpected situation and give feedback. It is necessary to follow the care act 2015 which
help to remove the inequality and maintain equal rights for the individual. There is another
conduction of Social care act 2015 which secure the quality and safety of the individual in

RELATIONSHIPS
There are various issues that arises when different professional are work together (Yilmaz,
et al. 2016). I always focus on evaluation of issues and what are the possible solutions
which can be adopted to resolve the issues.
It is little difficult to maintain the effective employee relationship with the patient when
patients behaviours and wishes are not able to fulfilled by staff. Sometimes patient
demands reach the higher level so, that situation service providers are not in the position to
complete their demand. This will become the reason for conflict between patients and
service providers which hurdle the effective relationship. There are other issues which arise
the conflict between colleagues and co-workers. The most common issue is competition
among work performance and this leads to competitive condition among the employees
which hamper the effective relationship. This issue can be resolved when the healthy
competition condition maintaining among all. There is another problem stand from the side
of patients, that they don't take the service bill in their treatment expenses. This problem
can be resolved by adopting the billing process and make it compulsory for every patient.
