INTRODUCTION
 Personal development is the development of the individual towards the
role of the entire understanding which is helpful for the individual
towards the increase of the effectiveness.
 Personal and professional development which involves the knowledge
towards the understanding of the experiences which is helpful for the
development of the career.
 Professional development is when the individual is able to develop
their understanding and be effective towards the increase of their
organizational performance.
 In this project the chosen career path is Information Technology.

FIELD OF PROFESSION
 The filed of profession is the direction in which the individual has moved in
their academicals performance such that they can develop their professional
career accordingly.
 Business Studies has been chosen as the field of profession as it was the area
in which the individual was able to develop its career.
 The academicals performance of the individual towards the selection of the
field of profession.
 Business studies as a field of profession which talks about the different
combination of the elements of accountancy, finance, marketing,
organizational studies and also the helpful for understanding the operation of
the human resource management.

ANALYZATION OF THE CAREER PATH
 The career path chosen by me is a Information Technology. A Information
Technology is a person which is responsible for development of the understanding
in between the management and the organization.
 Information technology is defined as the use of any storage, computer or the
devices to process, create, secure and exchange all sorts of electrical data and the
information.
 For being a good Information Technology the following skills are very important to
be presents in me. It is helpful for me to have strong communication, leadership,
research skills, leadership and also problem-solving abilities.

 The career path of Information Technology is absolutely appealing as it is a very reputed
and responsible job which is considered to be very important for an individual towards
moving towards the success.
 It is the helpful for the business to have effective skills and competencies which allows
the business the individual in determination of the strategies which will help the business
to reach success.
 This is the reason they are also known as the strategic problem solver of the business.
 They need to have strong It skills in order to be effective in the performance of the
business counterparts which will help the business in identification of the IT solution.

 From my experience I have been able to develop certain strengths that has developed
into certain skills which would be helpful for me to increase my professional
development.

Communication :
 In the communication skills I have been able to improve a lot due to the experience I had
in the persuasion of BA in Business Studies.
 It can be said that with the help of increasing the communication skills I was able to
improve the strategical experience which will help me with development of an
experience that can influence growth.

Team work :
 For the career path of Information Technology I have been able to understand that working
as a team is very essential for me to increase my performance in the organization.
 I have learned to work as a team with the help of collaborative practices which has helped
me to introduce effectiveness in the development of working practices.
Time management skills :
 There are different skills which helps the individual in the development of the skill set and
traits which are related to the time management.
 It has been my strength as I was able to perfectly manage all my projects and other
practices along with the personal development during my studies in Business Studies.

IDENTIFICATION OF POSSIBLE CHALLENGES IN
THE CHOSEN CAREER PATH
 For becoming a Information Technology I would need to have certain skills which
would help me to carry myself to a successful career as Information Technology.
 The challenges I would face would be the skills which I am weak at and still
requires the room for development.
 This can help the individual to be more effective in its performance as the job role
of Information Technology. The lack of the following skills will be the major
challenges which I will face in my career path.

Research Skills :
 For achieving success as the Information Technology I would need to understand the
research skills as they will help me to understand the key concepts.
 For me to develop a clear understanding of how data and information related to the
business I will work for can be gathered effectively.
 Poor research skills will be a very bad impression in my resume for my career in
Information Technology.
Leadership Skill :
 I need to be able to understand how leading the subordinates working under me will be
able to help me in the development of the organizational advantages.

CONCLUSION
 From the above report it can be understood that I have been able to
understand that for becoming a successful Information Technology
I would need to have the following skills in the management of the
organizational practices.
 In this project the different strengths and weakness which I have
towards the chosen career path has been discussed.
