individual in order to lead an organization. In this regard a good leader is always possess a

a successful organization in e-commerce and online marketplace. Major reason behind the
success of Amazon is the leading approaches of Jeff Bezos as well as his unique leadership
style and working attribute. Jeff implements transformational leadership style in order to
make changes in organization on the basis of its required need.
