Task One: Definition of the concept of personal and professional development The entire concept in respect of personal and professional development is more beneficial process for the through which people or an organization will deliver more influencing opportunity of career. This process will provide more effective chance to update learning during the cycle of defeating challenges so that one can easily accomplish overall goal(Anderson, 2017). This will help to improve quality of individual along with whole organizational staff. This process conduct opportunity to raise knowledge and skill. It will combines activity through which individual will generate awareness so that individual can identify overall development with potential opportunity so that they can covert them into advance employ-ability. This will contribute more realization towards goal and improve aspirant quality life. Descriptionanddiscussionofthevalueofshorttermgoals identifying at least 3 personal examples The short term goal are generally define as proximal goal that deliver proper direction in order tom accomplish long term goal. This will consider as very small step that is taken by aspirant for preparing its long term goal. These kind of goal are very easieronetofulfillasit dependuponimmediatefuture.Thiswillaidin managing task(Hall, 2017). The short type of goal can be easily fulfilled during the period of less than 12 months. This will consider as splitting up the entire goal plan as well as weekly basis. The example of short term personal goal is mention bellow- By completing certification course of 6 months during the graduation- This willbe consider as short term goal as this will be complete under the time period of 6 months. Learning skill of communication- These skill are very important as it will create new opportunity and develop in career advancement. This will be complete during less than 12 month. Managing time- This goal is significant as it will help individual to manage its all type of task on time by scheduling all task on priority basis. Description and discussion of the value of medium term goals identifying at least 3 personal examples The value of medium goal will be achieved during period within 2 years, this will be termed asmore valuable than short but less than long term. It will act as base for preparing individual for long period of goal(Kikas and et.al., 2018). Career growth- Now days most of the people gets confused about their career planning so by medium goal of career growth will discover more better option in order to enhance personal and professional life. Through this one can enhance their skill. It will improve the level of skill will working in company so they get opportunity to change high position in job.
