INTRODUCTION
Personal as well as professional development is known as the method through which several
people as well as the organization engage themselves in accordance to increase the
understanding and knowledge. This is known to be the regular learning method which is very
helpful for people and organization in order to meet their goals and objectives for long period of
time. These are collaborated with growing and emerging requirements and needs of the people. It
is very helpful in accomplishing the work that have been understood as the determination of
professional as well as personal leadership skills. There are several set of skills that are needed in
a manager of the company so that manager can run its business operations smoothly. Few of the
skills are interpersonal skill, communication skills, time management skills and various modes
that are needed by the leader (Albrecht, Moscardo, and Dwyer, 2022). These skills need to be
possessed by the individual in accordance to manage its personal development plan. In addition
to it the following report will cover about personal and professional development plan, personal
SWOT analysis, and continuous personal and professional development plan. It will support in
evaluating the strength that individual has and how these friend can be utilised in order to adapt
the several opportunities of the business. Moreover to this, Professional skills that are linked with
the counselling as well as coaching staff in accordance to assist in the process of learning. There
