INTRODUCTION In this report will highlight a personal reflecting journey that discuss the achievement of employability as well as study skills that aligns to such skills. Such as communication skills, research skills, ICT skills, team work and networking, time and self-management and problem- solving skills. Furthermore, it will consider applying the relevant framework as Gibbs reflective cycle and support the achievement of these skills. Moreover, it includes a plan with objectives to improve these skills in the future. This will help to study the basic concepts about all essential skills. REFLECTION Here is the example: With the help of Gibbs reflection model, I want to share my learning experience that is: Description:I want to share my experience on learning skills. After attending this module, I found that I am good in number of skills that can help me out in the future. Moreover, I have good grasping skills, so I learn the thing easily (Zaghloul, 2018). As well, I can easily do the research on the projects and it helps me to gather and analyse the information and build my knowledge. I am easily able to communicate with team members regarding the project or the assignment. Moreover, I am confident because I communicate with others easily and I remain friendly with others, so I get interested in going to the university. Furthermore, I have done lots of assignments with other people, and I was having trouble in online assignment because my ICT skills were not good. A part from this ICT skill means information and communication technology. Moreover, I am self-confident because I do teamwork and it sets me to future success and it teaches me active listening and effective speaking. I connect with seniors in university for knowledge and skill building. I am not able to go university on time and I always get late, and at that time I struggled for time management and is difficult for me due to planning fallacy. I am not good at problem solving because if anything happens I am not able to solve the problem properly, when a problem was happened while I was doing the team work and I was not able to solve that problem. My skills that grew from this experience was the one that was regarding the communication skills that focused on the management of the practices. It was essential for be to be able to understand the effectiveness of research skills which was very effective in the performance. I was able to understand that the better knowledge and experience helps me provide the success that is required for the management of the success.
Feeling:From that experience, I came to know that I am good in communication skill. I was given a team assignment and I communicated with team members in an effective manner. It helped me out in knowing about communication skill and all other strengths. Apart from this I have also come to know that I am good at research skill. I was given a project and I have done research on it and I analyse and gather the information easily and this help me to known my research skill (Cavalheiro and et.al., 2019). Moreover, I got an online assignment and I have able to do it properly, and I was having trouble doing it online and then I come to know that my ICT skills was not good. I was given teamwork and I have done it properly because from this I learn many things, and I get connect with seniors for knowledge. From this I know my teamwork and networking was good. Furthermore, I come to know that my time and self-management skill was not good, I can't manage the time gets late. I was not good at problem solving skills because I cannot solve the problem easily. During my experience at the learning module I was tough about how to develop my communication skills. In this development I was able to enjoy my experience with a different level of understanding for the management of new practices. My focus was towards the development of my professional self towards the management of the key practices. It was important for me to be able to develop the success that was required for the management of the key practices. Evaluation: I was able to learn from these operations that the development of my knowledge was the part of the experiences that was regarding the factors that brought the growth required. In this the communication skills where related to the factors that are said to be the key factor of the growth of my understanding. It also allowed me to make better relations with other in order to be able to influence my performance (Theodotou, 2020). This was said to be the reason that helped me bring the professionalism that was the key factor for the growth. I also needed to be factor that allowed me to gain the success that was required for the management of the key factors. It was considered that the development of the organization to be able to generate the success that is required. I also developed my ICT skills through the learning experiences that I got from observing my mentors It was considered to be the factor that brought me the success that is required for the management of the success. I also was able to create new strategies that helped me to find the success criteria that was essential for the development of the areas that I needed for my future growth. I was able to manage a new kind of standard that portrayed an experiences of mine towards the ways in which I used ICT skills for the connection with others. I was able to generate the success with the help of a different level of success that was considered to be the effective in the better problem solving skills. Due to the lack of experiences I was facing issues that were present in the problem solving skills. It was the same reason due to which I was also not able to manage the time properly and ended up utilizing more time for better results. This is due to my demand of developing a need for perfection which made me use up more of my time into consideration for the future demand. Conclusion It has been summarised from module learning that participation in activities and as it helps out in increasing our knowledge. On the basis of reflection, I can say that communication,
ICT and decision making skills play a vital role as it helps us out in employment and make us able in performing job roles. In regard to this module, I can say that it has increased my skills and knowledge to the great extent. I can also say that this module has helped me out in understanding a proper way of performing any kind of task. On the other hand, I can say that I am lacking behind in time management and problem solving skills that I need to improve for better employment opportunities (Besi and Sakellariou, 2019). Time management skill also play a vital role as it also helps us out in completing our tasks in a time management and also makes us free from frustration. But I feel that I could have focused on improving problem solving and time management skills so that I can make better decisions in the future and can accomplish set goals.
