Task 1

I analyze that I have potential to grow career in this field because when I was in school I have
good communication skills and I have good confidence to take with any individual and after
completion of schooling I decide to choose education profession bachelors in marketing filed.
And then completion of graduation I did masters in business administration in marketing (Chan,
2020). This study is useful for provide idea about career development plan which essential things
requires in future success in individual flied, graphs for illustrate of career path and many more
things.

Career expansion in marketing field requires impressive communication to influence people
attraction towards with the product services, digital marketing technological tools, social media,
email, content and many more terms.
So I identified that in this flied I have so many options for better life development, and when I
decide to choose this filed I discuss with my seniors as well as professor of professionalism.
They also give good things about this term, so then I have clear mind-set that I have to do
multiple roles which requires for this field (Anjum, 2020).
Consideration about so many aspects about marketing I also develop research that which type of
marketing and its techniques, technologies, methods are best approach for making career in
marketing field. So from my research I analyses that digital marketing concept mainly essential
in marketing field so I have to gain and develop education in practical knowledge of marketing
tool as well. It has been very clear that I have to develop practical skills so I develop short term,
medium term and long term goal career plan which provides idea about specific time, That I
have to complete this task within time for my future growth.

And also they major thing which I decide that I do internship from which type of organization of
small business who mainly consider to provide marketing facilities and provide product
promotion aspects. So idea about this approach I have clear mind-set that I have to build my
knowledge with utilization of practical learning which is useful for my long term benefits
(Toquero and Talidong, 2020)
Then I concern with professors so they gives one chance and they told me that we are organizing
one day interview round one organization comes for marketing student recruitment and they
mainly require skills which effective communication, little knowledge about how technology
uses for marketing effectiveness and many more questions which related to marketing because
their major need is product promotional experts who effectively communicate with client and
provide them idea about their product and services with effective manner.
So I opt to that I have to participate in this. Because I evaluate that this internship is beneficial
and it provides so many options and provides idea that this field has potential to reach success or
not. According to my point of view practical knowledge is most essential and this internship
timeline is 6 month and I consider that 6 month is good for knowledge development. Then I
decided to go for the interview and I got selected for internship. So then I learn practical
knowledge which type of audience influence business activities and how to communicate with

them and provide them overall idea about product and services and many more aspects I got
selected position as marketing product promotion new idea team (Hirschi and Pang, 2020).
Marketing manager:
Completion of my internship I analyze that now I have I so many options because I gain multiple
aspects like how to deal with people and communicate with them about their solution and their
requirement analysis, new promotional ideas and many more. Then I decide that I have to
become marketing manager because this post has higher responsibility and my major goal is to
become chief marketing executive. So I have to do continuously performing and taking new
opportunities. Then I analyze that UK large retail industry higher marketing manager because
they want to improve their business quality so I go for as a marketing manager interview and
then I got selected. I mainly decide that when I decide to make career in this field I have to do
small things and do something effective things for my growth. I did job as a marketing manager
for 7 years.
Many people connivance that digital platform and digital marketing is best opportunity and
individual who chooses this field they have to learn digital marketing tools mainly. Thus, when I
got position as marketing manager I decide to influence my career so I decide that I have to get
position as digital marketing experts because I have skills as junior marketing manager and
marketing manager (Flaherty and et.al., 2020)
Director of marketing:
Completion of 7 year experience I got promotion which is very beneficial term for my
career path. Then I realize that when I opt to build and make my career in this field this is best
decision of my life. Because organization watches my skills that I have great experience and I
have potential to handle multiple aspects.
And I properly handle many technological marketing tools knowledge like email marketing, I
become very experts in email marketing because when I did internship I mainly use and get
knowledge of email marketing activities and social media marketing. And I also provide
guidance to my juniors that and manger overall marketing team department (Guido, Amatulli and
Sestino, 2020).
Vice president marketing:
I got 5 year experience as director of marketing then I have one option to reach more
success so from my link din account UK large organization provide one option to get vice

president but I evaluate that for this position I have to develop more experience and I have to
improve one major this which is guidance provide between senior department to junior and
develop decision making activity, for the marketing field major think require that customer
attraction development towards with the product and services and develop more options for
career growth like I have responsibility to prepares analysis and graphs for monthly revenues.
Chief marketing officer:
I learn multiple skills for my effective future and effective career development in
marketing field. When I decide to select this profession I clearly decide that I have to become
reputed chief marketing officer in large and reputed organization. Because it makes my life
effective and it develop various aspects for my career effectiveness. I evaluate that when became
successful vice president I saw that I have to do something more effective things and work hard
for become chief marketing officer within 2 years. So do my job with more efficient manner. I
develop new structure regularly for product analysis and I continuously evaluate marketing
activities and provide idea to marketing manager that they have to do something more different
things so for my career growth I work so hard and my technological skills is develop
effectiveness after I do internship.

I evaluate that when became successful vice president I saw that I have to do something more
effective things and work hard for become chief marketing officer within 2 years. So do my job
with more efficient manner.

activities and provide idea to marketing manager that they have to do something more different
things so for my career growth I work so hard and my technological skills is develop

So internship is the best opportunity for my career I mainly consider it (Park and Kim, 2020).
So according to my point of view I mainly provides information that individual if require to build
career in this field they have to learn steps by step methods and gain different experience which
is very useful for effective career growth and I develop my career with proper identification and
my collage professors really helps me a lot.

So I have to learn from communicate with family members, colleagues, friends, relatives for
more impressiveness development in communication (Horner and et.al., 2020).
Brand Management: As become reputed position in marketing field brand management is very
essential because I evaluate that when marketing manger not develop brand manger on the basis
of market analysis they will not get success. So when I decide to become chief marketing officer
I have to always consider that organization brand successfully reach efficiency or not.

When I enter into marketing field I don’t have idea that how to do product marketing and which
techniques are suitable for product marketing, but internship makes better idea and it provides
idea to resolve many task which is essential for new opportunities development. So I analyze that
my 6 month internship is best opportunity and I recommended that individual has to gain
practical knowledge because it useful for influence performance and provides many
opportunities for career effectiveness (Norlander and et.al., 2020).

So consideration about this term I develop this skill which is very useful for my career growth.
I decide to make career in this field and get job so then I understand that technological tools
influence performance of customer decision-making activity because they have so many option
so identification of this concept I develop major strength which unique pattern, different size,
structure and different promotional activity (Us Saqlain, Shafqat and Hassan, 2020).

Because I properly communicate with audience in daily basis I effectively resolve their problem
about product and services which is very great term.
Email Marketing:
Throughout the email marketing activity is great approach for communication for regular
customer, it effectively provide information. I firstly develop this skill when I do internship my
seniors firstly tell me that use email marketing concept and develop email written skills which is
very beneficial for corporate sector because each and every aspects is relate with it. So individual
has to develop more focuses and consider reaching customer attraction. Idea about this term I am
not expert in this term but slowly my mentor and trainer provide that practices makes perfection
so I develop daily practices and build skills.

From my internship I learn multiple practical skills so this strength of communication and
customer problem solving technique is really useful and I easily resolve their issues and maintain
good relation with them.
Making digital strategic: I clearly identified new technological tools of marketing is very
effective approach to reach customer attraction but I evaluate that in the competitive market most
of the organization uses technological tools so when I became marketing manager I also faces
many challenges that other organization continuously implement new strategic approach and
develop more effectiveness in their social media applications. But when I decide to build career
in this field I mainly consider evaluating and generating careers effectiveness in this profession.
Therefore, I choose and select that I have strength to resolve this issues and I consider and decide
with marketing department team members that we have to do something different for reach
customer attraction. So I develop video making and content making activity which clearly
provide information and effectiveness of product and brand image. Application for this approach
is best strength of mine and my team member really appreciate and my creative thinking and idea
(Pedersen, Ritter and Di Benedetto, 2020).
Creating growth on a budge: I analyze from my 7 year experience when I get position as
marketing director which is budgets decision because I evaluate that continuously changes in

digital marketing technology requires financial aspects and proper skills so this challenging term
influence my position. But I am good in calculation which is very useful for career.

Task 2 INTRODUCTION
Continuing professional development is the process by which one's development and
professional skills improves (Kitto, and et.al., 2018). This process is mainly done by the training
process. Through continuing professional development, the qualification of academic and
profession can be ensured. It is about improving and growing professional competence through
activities like projects, job learning, problem-solving, conferences, research-information,
volunteering, mentoring, management training, technical learning and many more (Jaiswal,
2017). This report includes the information about the reflective report of the employability and
study skills by applying the Gibbs Reflective Cycle. Through this cycle the report conclude the
description, feelings, evaluation, and draw an action plan of the individual to improve and rectify
any skills or drawbacks respectively.
MAIN BODY
Further, is the reflection journal according to my experience in the university in addition of
module, the reflection is supported with Gibbis Reflective cycle. This tool of Gibbs Reflective
cycle is used to help people determining and clearly specifying their experience of different
situations. The reflective journal is discussed below:
Gibbs Reflective Cycle
DESCRIPTION
Since joining the university I had worked on many individual and group projects,
assignments and tasks, every experience was different from another. With those project all the
lectures attended were insightful for my knowledge. The module of my course was new to my
knowledge and I looked forward to learning those. With tests, projects and presentation not only
my communication skills but research skills also improved a lot (Markkanen, and et.al., 2020).
Every group project abled me to create my network in the university and enhanced my
adaptability to work in a team. Technology always made me curious but my skills were subpar, I
had very limited knowledge about the information and computer technologies yet working on the
given assignments and learning in practical classes with my classmates' support, I could learn the
use of it. Initially, the assignment work load as well as the whole module were tough for me to
adjust with but as time went by I got to learn various life and professional skills. At times those
modules and tests were tough for me to go through with all the other activities in the university, I

also had hard time adjusting my university hours and personal hours initially and had to suffer
consequences for that, as a result for my bad grades but with the support I learned how to
develop this skill and adjust. Eventually, I'm still adapting and growing my study skills with the
support of university.
FEELINGS
When I first joined the university I was not sure what expect, with new people, new
classroom, new professors and new learnings I decided to live this experience to the fullest. I was
already confident in my communication skills in an unprofessional setting yet when I took those
lectures, presented my assignments I got confident in my overall communication skills be it
written or verbal. While studying the university I got mindful of the importance of time and self
management as my messy schedules never allowed me to perform with my capabilities, I
struggled with balancing my university and personal life that created many problems for my
studies, I started losing my focus and also became less competent and that also affected my test
results. Those results made me realize my mistake and I started working on self-management.
After that some project presentation made me gain my confidence, the module got easier to
understand also informational, university got accessible that made me build my personality. I felt
very happy whenever there was a group projects, everyday was new learning of team efforts and
working in harmony. Teamwork also helped me to understand having healthy competitions
between colleagues and how we could still put our opinions as a continuation to the assignments.
Also, the part of the learning information and computer technology made me curious about many
other aspect of it and I felt little more ready for next part of my career.
EVALUATION
The very best thing went well for me in the university was learning many skills despite
going through hardships and struggles. I learned numerous skills during the timeline, like my
computer technology and information learning, as well as the network I have due to the module.
Research work needed for those assignments were given to me and that being the case I learned
some great skills that I still wish to enhance. What did not work for me was my time
management, I had to miss some classes as a result of that. Some of my individual projects got
delayed and my personal life also suffered from it. Self-management was the main reason my
time management suffered and also as a result my grades suffered from it (Pieper, and et.al.,
2021).

The university supported me with the research information and backed my work up, also
when I had hard time understanding the modules the professors took their to make me
understand that. My project partners filled up what I lacked and considered my suggestions for
the team and so did I for the team. I contributed my skills of problem solving whenever in crisis,
I also contributed in presentation of our assignments given my improved communication skills.
The written assignments also improved my written communication skills, so did e-mail. In
context of employability, I learned various professional skills in the university through modules
and other activities, also the environment contributed to my personality development and my
competence for doing everything with my best ability to work effectively and efficiently.
ANALYSIS
I think what worked for me in my management issues was my network I made all
throughout the university period, they filled in me the information I was not aware of and made
me do the part I was comfortable in while doing any project while I tried to schedule everything.
And my ability of problem solving that I gained quickly after coming to the university helped
them in return during any assignment.
One thing that intrigued me initially was the research skills required for my subjects, with
professors' help and guidance I started working on the research of one the assignment, and now I
feel my abilities for that are professional level and could help me in my employability. I searched
through libraries, on internet, in research papers, journals, articles, blogs, I learned to use my
information and computer technology abilities on these skills because of my never giving up
attitude as well as my professors' mentorship (Opie, 2019). And the different team I worked with
in any assignments showed me teamwork just because we understood the difference in opinion
and learned work through that. I learned my strengths and how I love working with those
abilities and also identified my weaknesses that were being hurdle for my learning.
CONCLUSION
The university and my subject module didn't just give me education about my subject but
made me competent and shaped me into an employable personal. My study skills improved after
I focused on managing my schedules and study. This could have been before I had to go through
downgrade in my skills and university life if I was cautious enough. I still have to develop self
management and time management skills to balance my life both side and keep growing my

capabilities. The network and skills I've gained throughout the time in university has shaped me
with all the added capabilities and confidence.
ACTION PLAN
When I will be stuck in similar situation next time I would make sure I create a balance
beforehand. I would make schedule, create time tables and recheck my schedule to make any
changes (El Miedany, 2019). I would also like to learn more about information technology and
gain more technical skills, I would retain my network and keep adding more to it and also will
enhance my problem solving skills with the help of professors and university.
I would also keep in mind the teamwork skills I learned to ever use it in future and would've
liked to contribute more to it if I knew it back then.

Summarized report conclude the information about the employability and study skills of
individual by applying the Gibbs Reflective Cycle. Which evaluate the motivation, and learning
skills by this method and implement the betterment of the persons skills. The improved ability of
a person through modules and university was discussed. The Gibbs reflective cycle determined
what was the outcome of the learning through modules and how it would enhance there
employability and study skills (Pleschová, 2020). It was concluded that many skills were learned,
discovered and improved in the university journey and chances of new opportunities are
welcomed by the individual.
