INTRODUCTION Personal & professional development is the on going process and vital function for the individual. An individual develop & enhance their personality, skills and knowledge in their life. These are the important areas which needs to be develop to have the professional life and this also contribute to the individual to get their dream job. This report will cover the various areas of personal and professional development & also for their short-term, medium-term & long-term gaols(Pollard and Kumar, 2021).Furthermore, this report will will analyse the targets and achievement in career by which drawbacks and hurdles can be identified. Lastly PDP plan is being made which identify the required skills for the individual. Explain the concept of personal & professional development. Personal & professional development is the concept of analysing the self needs of the individual to boast their inner skills with the consideration of getting good job to the individual. It is the self made plan which helps in the accessing the capabilities of the individual for their future career(Mackay, 2017).Therefore, It defines the self-actualization of the persons that how much they are capable to attains their self made goals for their personal and professional development. In order to compete in the competition, the individual must have the confidence that they are doing the right task and having ability to take decisions for their career growth, effective communication, time management and inter-personal skills that all is covered in PDP plan.Itistheappropriatewayforstartingthelearningstagethatisleadingtohigher development and assure future needs of the individual. Main requirement of PDP Knowledge:It is the awareness and the understanding of the individual related to the specific facts and figures so that they can rightly have the main consideration to the business. A knowledgeable person effectively attains the goals and objectives. Skills:It is the ability and the capability of the person which leads to bring the expertise by which they can achieve the certain gaols and objectives effectively. There are different examples of skills are communication, leadership, problem-solving etc. Explain the value of short-term goals and identifying at least 3 personal examples.
Short-term gaols are created & complete within the short period of time that could be period of one month or two months. These goals are being prepared wit the aim of attaining the long term gaol. This is the fact that, an individual can reach to heights after passing the small stages of their ladder(Gürgür, 2017).Thus, long-term gaols are seems to be achieve in s shorter period of time by which an individual an further move to the next stage. The first stage of the individual start by identifying the personal interest and the capabilities of the individual by which they can remain stick to these goals. There are few steps in relation to the staring the elimination of self confidence and motivation. In my own own example, I need to get good command of time management by giving proper timer to the assignment to be complete. I require time management list so that most important task can be done on priority basis. For more assistance, I need to make a to-do-list by which I can measured the required time for the specific task. this will enable me to give time for other activities also in order to complete the task in easy approach. Short terms goals are the part ofdailylifeasvariouschallengesanindividualneedtofaceattheuniversitylevel. Accomplishment of these aspects make motivated individual for their given task by which they can rightly complete the specific task within the given time limit. Short term goals is termed as the short achievement which keeps individual interested towards their goals. In order to win the race, an individual must do the regular practice that some how leads to win. On same time, this also helps in increasing the skills of them to have more success. Therefore, It can be seen that short term goal are not complex approaches, if the individual is practising more and to be the capable of winning by increasing their skills. This can be improved by joining classes and on computers. These activities may take more time as I need to master in IT department that require huge knowledge and practice and the ability to work on different software. Long term goals required more concentration in life that could be continue till the lifespan of the person. These goals does not have any set time period that they can be achieve within the specific time frame. Thus, these goals said to be complex & difficult in order to achieve as they require more concentration & dedication by the person who wants to achieve the long term gaols. Skills are depends upon person to person as per the requirement by which gaol found to be prescribed as per the choices of the individual. Whether, it would be a short term gaol or long term gaol, all requires major focuses so that they can rightly put their efforts at right place(Blum, 2018).An individual needs to create the perfect visions so that they can reach to their targets within the set time frame. Therefore, the person is having various levels of satisfaction which undertakes all the efforts and results in high level of satisfaction. This goals
can usually take the time period of maximum 5 years but the learning cycle goes on as it is continuous and consistence. In my example, I want to be the success entrepreneur which can be catch by learning business model with the help of international consultancy services. This require more time and efforts that an individual can reach to their desired goal by which they can rightly achieve the long term goal of the individual. My goal is to start the business on large scale which can full fill my aim to have luxurious life in future. Personal development plan is the plan which helps in effective career planning as it works with all the values and working of the individual by which they can managed effectively all the work. It helps in the future development of the individual by which they can rightly gain the growth in their future and work which helps in provide life balance on the satisfaction as the personal development is vital for the individual. This work as the road map to every employees in struggling stages which helps in development and the growth of the individual in near future. It is defined as the skill set which require an individual to work as the entrepreneur in an business organisation by which are necessary for the individual to be successful and confident in their job role. It is the documentation of abilities, knowledge & skills that an individual need to develop the strengths of the person. It also helps in the overall development of the individual which aims to get within their life and they ca get luxurious standard & living life according to their own rules in which they do not need to worry for their money and fulfilment of their dreams. Personal development plan is all about improvising & concluding all the goals that ned intelligent & smart individual in their professional life. such goals must be smart that is explained as specific, measurable and attainable, realistic & time bound. Smart goals are those that can be achieved by the individual by the analysing their performance & the attaining the desire goals fir which the individual is looking for(Askew, 2021).The goal must be fulfilled with the set duration of time for better results. Personal and
professional development is important so that an individual ca demonstrate their objectives and set targets by which they can achieve them in an appropriate manner. Career gaols also set to be on long term term basis which helps in the growth opportunities by sharpening their skills & abilities to grab the higher positions. It I also beneficial to have the motivated individual who can be dedicated towards their set goals. It is necessary for the individual to have the focus on their dreams that are vital for their personal and professional development. They both are interrelated to each other and behaviour will somehow show their professional path and the workplace ethics. This could be positive or negative which gradually depends upon the behaviour of the individual. Thus, personal development plan requires the major emphasis and also needs to set their SMARTobjectivetokeepthegoalsattainable&measurableforevaluatingtheoverall performance and the desired out come of the personal development plan. This also helps the individual to be more specialists and skilled in their future career. CONCLUSION It is concluded from the above discussion that professional and personal development plan is important for analysing the aims of the individual who want to move forward and to be independent and confident in their life. Moreover, short-term, medium term and long-term gaols requires effective emphasis which enhance the individual's moral to get higher authority in their job role.
