The professional development can be defined and explained where it encompasses the

gained. Employability can be explained where there are a certain set of skills and the
understanding as well as the proper attribute which make the graduates marketable and apply
those skills.

Communication skills: it is important to have clarity of thoughts and convey the ideas in a
clear sense. By using the Gibbs model it involves the five stages of experience such as it
includes the description of the first part where the individual tells about the ideas and the
description of the experience and clearly describes it. The second thing is the feelings where
the thoughts are explained whether they are good or bad and they are described fully in a full
sense(Lewin., 2019). The evaluation is where the individual evaluates the ideas and
conversation in which direction is it taking and the analysis of the thoughts and the situation.
At last, the conclusion is done and the action plan needed to be taken for the proper and
structural communication.
Research skills: in this, the proper and system action description and details have to be done
and what about experience and feeling by taking the survey and the evaluation as well as the
analysis of the experience is needed to do and in the last, the conclusion is concluded and the
action plan needs to be taken in order upgrade the skills(Phakathi., 2022)
The use of Icts: ICT is valuable and accommodating. It’s a use of present-day innovation to
associate and divide data between individuals in all fields and foster science through
innovation(Chien., 2019). As one of the ICT capacities is to assist with peopling creating
instruction, it is great for teachers and the supervisor to foster their insight and move it to
individuals. Also, through ICT, the work hands-on field should be possible all the more
actually. As an educator or a teacher, he can foster material and the approach to educating the
understudies by expounding the component of the subject altogether that the material is
simply gotten by the understudies. Up to this point, ICT gives effortlessness to run the
