INTRODUCTION
Continuous professional development is a process where an individual learner can be able
to enhance and develop their skill set in accurate manner and can grow in their life accordingly.
It is a learning activity from which a person can be able to understand its own ability and
strength for the better future growth. The report will illustrate the refection process by utilizing
the reflection model where it will demonstrate the good understanding of the skill-sets which will
help an individual for the employment and for professional development (Lane and Roberts,
2022). In addition, it will also include an action plan which will make a brief understanding of
areas of improvement and the activities which will make a person to adopt the skills and grow
perfectly.
MAIN BODY
Gibbs model
The Gibbs model of reflection in the set of the six different stages which help an
individual to express and demonstrate their experience in understandable way. Here, performing
this model in brief manner which will help me to elaborate my learning experience accurately.
Description: The module has described the different areas and skills which will be very
beneficial for me for the future growth and also for professional level. During the module
learning, my tutor helps me to makes me understand the importance of skills in the individual
life where anybody can learn and can grow themselves accurately. For the better understanding
of these skills my tutor has made a section of the courses and classes where each of the student
can be able to understand and adopt the clear vision of their future professional growth by
enhancing the different kinds of skills (Ahmed, 2019). During the session or module learning my
tutor has demonstrated a quite good knowledge of the skill-sets which will be very beneficial for
me in the future career growth and development.
Feelings: Before the starting of the module lesson, I was quite nervous and conscious about the
skills which are going to explain by the tutor as I was not able to have different kinds of skills in
myself which is creating a change feeling in myself. As, the module learning started my tutor
was focusing on each and every individual student including me as we are able to understand the
importance of the different kinds of skill or not. I was nervous which was easily reflected from
my facial expression and my tutor asked and tries me to stay comfortable and motivated while

learning these skills. My teacher has supported me with creating good environment in the
session, and makes me to feel good. After the expatiation has been started I was having a blissful
feeling that I am going to learn the different skills importance and its effectiveness which will
make to me to grow accurately in the future.
Evaluation: Throughout the module, I came to learn about the skills which will be very useful
and beneficial for me in the future career growth and my tutor was also supporting me to
understand each area of the learning. While learning and knowing these different skill-sets I was
suffered from some difficulties at some point where I was not able to capture and obtain the
meaning and understanding of the skill which was quite disappointed for me (Persson, Kvist, and
et.al., 2018). But after the help from my tutor, I was able to feel courageous and can be able to
learn and adopt the detailed about the course. From this module learning I was having a good
impact on myself as from the tutor help I can be able to create a better understanding of the
learning.
Analysis: During the module, I came to learn many skills where I firstly able to adopt the
importance of communication skill which is very important and essential for me in the career
way. This communication skill includes written and verbal learnings where I can be able to
communicate with another person effectively and can convey my speech in accurate and
understandable manner. Secondly, I was able to adopt the research skill which will help me to
identify the needs and requirements and even obstacles of the people which will help me to
resolve and bring the solutions of particular demand.
Along with this, I was also able to learn about the team working and networking areas
which helps me to do work together and can provide the effective outcome. With this team
working skill, I was also able to get know about the importance of time and self management
skills which will help and supports me to complete my task and assignment on time and can
provide the result in better manner (Ashipala, and et.al., 2022). Even, from the module I am also
able to understand the use of ICT skill which means information and communication technology
as it will help me to mange and monitor my own learning and can be able to throw the correct
ideologies. Also, develop the problem-solving skills which will help me to provide a correct
solution of the issue and can convey the effective result accordingly. Learning all these skills
helps me to grow and develop my career and future growth.

Conclusion: In the conclusion, I realized that skills plays an important and very effective role in
an individual life where a person can be able to build their career. At first, I was not ready and
felt nervous during the learning but after that I was able to capture and adopt the effective skill
learning which will be beneficial for me for the future job role (Hoa and Tuan, 2020).
Action: At the time of learning, I was able to adopt the skills at perfect manner but still requires
to enhance the particular skill which needs regular practice and implementation of the skills on
regular basis which will help me to improve accurately.
