INTRODUCTION
This term also include the formal and informal activities but not only self-development. This
PPT is showing the personal interest of an individual. By selecting a professional field it covers
career path along with the strength and weakness with the possible career paths. Further more it
will include the challenge is a and how the individual can overcome from their strengths.
Personal Development plan has been developed for the purpose of tracking the development of
skills of an individual whether they are personal or professional. It is necessary for individual to
develop an effective Personal development Plan so that they can understand and gain knowledge
regarding their career path which involve both hard as well as soft skills. For this presentation,
