INTRODUCTIONEarly childhood is wide term which simply utilise for describing any kind of educationalprogram which serve to children within their preschool years before they enter inkindergarten. Furthermore, early childhood education involves numerous activities aswell as experience designed to assist cognitive and social development of pre-schoolchildren before they enter in elementary school (Capraro and et.al., 2016). This reportwill be going to conduct documentation for educating early childhood along with doingplanning for them related to several activities which utilise for teaching. In addition tothis, assessment will be done and planning for teaching young children. MAIN BODYEarly childhood education involves both form formal and informal education as well as itis mainly provided to children who are approx. 8 years. This time of education is important forchild as it play important role in later year of particular person life (Early Childhood Education,2019). Early childhood education is provided when children are in most rapid growth as well asdevelopment phase. Within this duration brain of individual develop fast instead of other livingpoint so these 8 years of life are most crucial. There is requirement of proper documentation,planning and assessment for teaching young children. Explanation of these are as follows:- DocumentationDocumentation simply involve sample of child's work within various different stages ofcompletion.
