INTORDUCTION
Continuous learning abilities is a process of improving skills that are weak in a person
through implementing strategies. Personal reflection is defined as format of writing in order
to evaluate overall strength and weaknesses in a person (Kahaleh and Truong, 2021).
Personal reflection is very essential for a person in order to self analyse and personal growth
along with understanding drawbacks that could lead to their failure. Personal reflection would
help in determining several skills that are needed to develop for better growth opportunities in
the future as well as aware themselves about the weaknesses that could lead to failure in
career development path. Person reflection also assist an individual in making action plan for
improving weak abilities along with implementing strategies that would assist in making
them productive and effective. In the following report the focus is paid on personal reflection
through implementing Gibbs reflective model.
MAIN BODY
I have implemented Gibbs reflective model in order to support my learning and personal
development of skills I have acquired. The Gibbs model gives a framework for evaluating the
experience and due to its cyclic nature it is specifically suitable for recurring experience,
providing me to study and map for things that are going to be good or bad. This reflective
model include 6 levels which are provided below.
Description: Recently while performing assessment, learning module and representation in
business I have noticed some employment skills (Caplan, Chen and Young, 2021). Among
these abilities are some of my strength and weaknesses. When I was working with group to
implement task I observe that my team working skills are effective and result into success.
But during performing and working on projects I was not able to complete task on the
provided time. Which made me realise that I have weak time management skills. While
working on the project I was able to present my opinions effectively in front of team
members which represents my strong communication skills. During working on this project I
was not able to make presentation and Word document which showcase that I have weak
technological skills. While working in a team I was able to solve issues and conflicts among
people which represents my strong problem solving skills. I was also not able to explored the
topic more accurately and find explanations which made me realise that I have weak research
skills. This weak skills of mine has made me realise that I am lacking confidence and unable
to perform more effectively in my team.

Feelings: I was feeling good and excited to be working in a team. I was happy to be
effectively present by perception and ideas in the project with my communication abilities.
When I was working with a team I was encouraged with other people and my mentor (Iqbal,
Naher and Siddiqie, 2021). My strong abilities a by personality makes me feel confident and
passionate to gain more knowledge as well as experience throughout the project. But while
researching about topics I was feeling anxious because this was the first time I was
researching where I feel guilty for not exploring the project effectively because of my weak
researching skills. Even I was not feeling good towards not able to complete my project on
the given time. I was feeling frustrated because of my inability to work on computer. But I
decided to overcome my weaknesses. I was feeling ashamed as others were performing
excellent in team in research and technology but I was not able to showcase my abilities
because I was weak in these abilities. I was guilty of myself because of not completing tasks
on the provided time period which further decrease my confidence among my team members.
Evaluation: I critically analyse that teamwork was implemented so effectively in the learning
module and experience of working in a team was also relaxing. The work performed by team
was outstanding in quality and also result in higher productivity (Zachopoulou,
Grammatikopoulos and Gregoriadis, 2018). By analysing my abilities in experience during as
well as after the learning problem solving skills why utilised effectively which has resulted in
solving complex issues among people which occur during the project. I also evaluated that
team members were interactive and put their efforts to complete task effectively. My team
members were able to contribute in improving my technological abilities. I also evaluated
that I could improve my weak abilities by working on them and fine ways to improve them
effectively.
Analysis: It has been evaluated that team working has created the strong team working skills
in me which was implemented effectively during module. It has also been evaluated that due
to my week technological and research skill I was not able to perform my presentation
confidently among others. I have also analysed that my team members were able to finish
their projects and have effective time management skills whereas I was not able to perform
my task in the given time limit which showcase that I have week time management skills
(Acar and Erozan, 2021). I have analysed that I made new friends in my team I was able to
understand there issues and culture because of my strong communication skills. I have
analysed that I listen carefully to the issues of other people which is help me in resolving
conflicts between my team members while working on the project. I analysed that I could

take help and supervision from my team mates who would assist me along with providing me
guidance towards accomplishing my goals.
Conclusion: It has been concluded that I have improved and learned several learning abilities.
The capabilities that I have acquired would help me in accomplishing success in my personal
and professional life along with assist me in getting better grades in my project. The
capabilities in which I am weak must be considered effectively and seriously as well as I need
to put some efforts in order to improve them. I have also gained knowledge that before
putting the material I explode must be presented to other team members so that they could
check and provide me the accurate feedback for any correction needed. I have also learned
that one of the most important thing is self assessment of abilities which is essential for career
development.
Action Plan: In order to avoid future situation I would work effectively and practice to
improve my weak skills which are research, utilization of technology and time management
abilities. I will improve my time management capabilities with the use of 4D instrument. I
will utilise grammar tool in order to dissolve my grammatical mistakes in my content along
with exploring more about the content which could help me in improving my researching
skills(Whitley, 2018). I will improve my technicality skills by taking online course about
basic computer and make key points that I require to pay my attention while working on
computer software. In order to improve my time management skills I will make schedule and
try to complete task on the provided time limit effectively (Filipe, 2019). I could also take
help from my team members for improving my all the weak abilities so that I would be able
to perform effectively and productivity.
CONCLUSION
From the above conclusion it has been estimated that personal reflection is very important for
a person in order to evaluate strong and weak abilities for career development. Gibbs
reflective model helps an individual in examining abilities more accurately as it focus on
determining and implementing strategies that could help them in improving weak skills. It
has been evaluated that a person could be able to self assessment themselves and try to
improve weak capabilities through working on their personality. Form the above report it has
been evaluated that one must take guidance and help from team members as well as mentors
in order to improve personality that could assist in future career development.
