I always remain interested to read books and financial and business administration come under
my subjects. As I spend lot of time in reading respective subject matters and take lot of interest
to read further. I always practiced to solve out the case studies of various organization and try to
take effective kind of decision in the specified situation. On other hand I also analyzed some sort
of weaknesses that hinders the self interest in contributing one of own best efforts in order to
remain competitive in marketplace. I analyzed that time management is one of my weakness as
from the very beginning not able to accomplish the task in specified time frame, in same manner
it create destructive situation while owning business or working with the corporate. Due to not
managing the work I not be able to assign work and set prioritize that are the milestones of
effective working. The another major weakness that presently facing by me is lack of
organizational skill. Organisational skills refers to the ability to remain focused on various tasks
by using the time, energy and resources in strategic manner. due to lack in respective skill
sometimes I am not able to give one of my best efforts that hinders the self interest to remain
competitive in business environment. In that regards it is very much potential for an individual to
keep focus on the various aspects that need development and in which an individual is proficient
enough in achieving the business goals and objectives in positive manner. hence, it can be said
that evaluation of oneself proved beneficial to build strategies and tactics and attempt radical
changes for achieving the desirable goals and objectives in potential manner.
