Personal effectiveness
Personal effectiveness is good, and the results are in line with your expectations. This is an
effective way to help people achieve their personal goals and bring them to life. The contract

Success criteria for personal effectiveness
Time management, creativity and idea generation, group dynamics and teamwork,
communication and numracy skills, oral and written presentation skills, ITC, dealing with
difficult people and situations, managing individual and organizational changes are the most
important criteria for successful personal effectiveness. So, personally, success can be achieved
through determination, self-belief, optimism, stress management, perseverance, problem solving,
time management, planning, creativity, and motivation.
Self Assessment of the Personal effectiveness
Time management skills

My time management has never been as good as it is now. I've always struggled with
being in control of my time, which I've never really given much thought to. However, things
have changed since I went to college, because every time I'm late for class, However, one of my
teachers told me about it, and he explained to me how such an act can affect me, especially if
you don't have a clue if it's about grades (Ebrahimi, 2020). The teacher explained how wonderful
time management can be for me in my future career. So I decided to take a little rest and think
about what my teacher told me.
Creativity skills
Improve the way you express your ideas through various techniques such as illustrations or
storyboard my biggest goals are creating skills. The personal effectivenss of creativity tests
showed that my creativity is very good. Based on the feedback from my colleagues and friends, I
realized that I have a lot of creative and innovative ideas.
Problem solving skills
My goal is to improve my ability to find new approaches to effectively solve a problem.
personal analysis results show that my approach to problem solving is sometimes the most
effective. In addition, although I understand the importance of structural problem solving, I can't
always make progress in this process. Based on the test, I will use my strengths in terms of
finding a problem selecting, evaluating, and selling an idea, and my weaknesses in planning and
execution. I gave myself up to 70 points for problem-solving skills.
Communication skills (oral and verbal skills)
I am so effective in communicating and maintaining relationships with my supervisor and
other students and clients, as well as between various communication and writing skills, that this
is my greatest strength (Werner, 2021). For example, a discussion in the future and, of course,
my dear friends, saying that although my ideas, and sometimes-and this, like all the words I used
to exchange ideas, were little known, and led to confusion. So this is 65 points, right, from my
communication skills and my current goals is to improve verbal communication skills
Teamwork skills
My teamwork skills have always been strong since I grew up with people in the industry.
Ever since I was a kid, I used to work as a team with my group of friends or with a few family
members. But my teamwork skills improved more and more when I started working as a
customer service assistant at Taco Bell. Once upon a time, some of their teamwork skills worked

every day when he was at work, I worked as a cashier and I had to work with the team in the
kitchen. Every time a customer wanted to change your order, I had to go to the kitchen and tell
them what the customer wanted.
Mathematical skills
. My math skills, which will never be the greatest of all. As a young child, I struggled with
my math skills. As I grew up, it became more and more difficult, to the point where I had to take
extra classes during my high school years (Jackson and et. al., 2021). However, even with the
extra time, it's still very difficult for me to figure out the numbers.
Information technology (IT)skills
Besides taking ICT classes, I learned a lot of things: first, that building a website to serve,
learn, and teach; and second, a much more useful tool for exploring the education of the future is
to increase the level of information and technology.

Description
3 months ago, I had an assistant of a well-known creative director and marketing
manager, and the client was in a local group. . My main tasks include executing the concept,
preparing props for photos, performing supervision, scenography, as well as modern process and
scripts, this is a list of actors and passing it on to the creative director. The project
implementation period is 15 days.
Feelings
In the lead-up to shooting day, I was very frustrated as it was the first time I had taken
charge of it and a great design for a heavy load. This means that if I only focused on developing
the concept, and at the moment I have knowledge and skills in other areas, such as reading the
script, studying concepts, casting list, etc. in 1 week, and for writing, I am under pressure due to
the heavy workload (Wójcik-Karpacz, Karpacz and Rudawska, 2019). Even though there may be
a lot of challenges in the end, I've learned a lot of valuable lessons and a lot of quality
relationships.
Evaluation

I have found that in this whole process of the new task my communication and team
management skills help me a lot to evaluate the various situation and comes with the advance
solution of the various problem with my problem solving skills also. Also the knowledge of the
ITC skills are so valuable for me that it help me to being tech savvy person in the whole
organisation.
Analysis
In further reflection, I think this experience had a positive impact on the ITC process in
my life. If it's a data supervisor for different tasks and communicating with different
departments, it's me who had a huge amount of actual knowledge about the project. In case of
problems, and I think that was precisely because it was not only an external factor, but also a
lack of preparation. If you had to be careful and make sure that the appointment was a day
earlier, no unforeseen situations occurred.
Conclusion
In addition, training and improving knowledge in various fields, such as management,
design, interpersonal and communication skills, etc., are essential to make a strong, creative
director. In addition, based on the relevant know-how in production, it helps me to be better and
more in-depth opinions and at the same time develop a plan to effectively manage the various
stages of the production process, the better (Conte and et. al., 2020). I built a few relationships in
the creative industry to enhance my creativity and ITC skills, and then got a lot of chances to get
to work, because many of our employees were my best friends, and they attract me for various
productivity-related jobs.
Action Plan
I have prepared the action plan to improve my numeracy, ITC and the interpersonal skills in
order to achieve success in the personal effectiveness and to developed my business exportation
practices. Moreover, from experience, I have seen many improvements in many skills, such as
problem solving, team management, and communication skills. Moreover, the advancement of
the communication skill developed under the mentorship and the guidance of the lecturer help
me out to be better communicator and help to side step many problem.

CONCLUSION
Thus, after evaluating the various criteria of the personal audit and the personal
effectiveness, it has been summarised, several different criteria for success should be taken into
account, as well as the effectiveness of the most popular criteria: time management, creativity,
