INTRODUCTION
Business environment is the combination of both internal and external factors that put huge
impact on the decision making and development of strategies of an organisation and for this
individual’s also seek employment for the specific industry. It is important as individuals need to
develop prominent skills and abilities in terms of facilitating them for the achievement of
specific objectives (Tyreman, 2018). These skills undertake prominent abilities and knowledge
that are developed at the time of pursuing academic course considering the prominent efforts in
terms of developing and managing the effective level of challenges and competition. Along with
this the report tents to undertake effective skills which are required within the individual
considering the business and academic context and also leads to make sure the factor of
opportunity to manage prominent challenges which are faced by them.

Abilities advancement is essential for a person as it empower them to achieve different
objectives and targets likewise with this, they can distinguish the open doors better and can
productively deal with the difficulties they face. By getting different aptitudes understudies can
guarantee that they have equivalent capacities and fitness to perform better in scholastics while it
likewise empowers in performing better expertly as the degree of rivalry in the positions can be
overwhelmed with the capacity and skill (Thudt and et. al., 2018). For this Gibbs reflective
model is used which is helpful in self-development and analysis within an effective manner to
improve the overall performance. Hence the blue reflection is based on my overall performance
and skills and the concerning steps are mentioned as:
Description: It is helpful in terms of considering effective description for the overall
situation considering current happening and expected result and the individuals who are
involved in the activities. For this the description is relies on the overall performance and
skills which is performed by me in front of other individuals and also just by my
subordinates. Along with this it tends to describe my existing position of a leader and
effective communication research teamwork time management problem solving skills
that should be present in me to deal with the prominent conditions and changes
undertaking the behaviour of employees (S Weinberg, 2020). In this, effective context in
