MAIN BODY I wanted to apply for this course as I am very much interested in the management of the business. Also the major reason for opting for the course of business management from LSME that is London School of Management Education is that this is the top university and the education from this institute has a competitive advantage over the other universities (Kogan, 2017). Also one more reason for the selection of this course is that I have done professional diploma and now I want to continue in the business management. Also all my prior jobs were also in the management of business activities. I am right for this course of business management because of the reason that currently I am working as an assistant business manager in Iulimar building UK and after working I experienced that in management there is wide career and this can provide me more growth and developmentopportunities.Hence, thismotivatedmetogoforthiscourseofbusiness management from LSME. Therefore, I have some practical knowledge and experience of managing the business as my post of assistant manager so I am right for this course. I have many different business skills which are necessary for proper management of the business. The major skill which I possess is the self- motivation which is very necessary for managing the business. This is majorly because of the reason that business exist in dynamic situation and there are many ups and downs and these need to be managed and for this motivation is the key. This is because one time at time of recession many employees were thinking of leaving the job nut with my motivating skills I motivated the employees and they change their mind and didn’t leave the job. This course is very helpful for my future development and growth because I have earlier done diploma in business management only. Now the further study in the area of business management will be very helpful for me in developing my career in positive and growing manner. This career aspiration is very relevant for growth as currently also I am working in this field only and is responsible for managing the correspondence coming from the consumers and other clients and also responsible for the management and preparing of collating reports and for logging and processing the bills and other expenses. At time of identifying the transferable skills which I possess I came to know that the major skill in me is of the leadership. This is the most important skill which is required at time of management of business and this is good in me. The another skill I possess is the team work and
this is also necessary for the effective working of the company. This is good in me as I am able to work in coordinated manner when it comes to team work. Another skill is the communication skill which is very effective in me. All these skills I have developed because of my previous current job which I am doing (Li and Deng, 2019). This is majorly because of the fact that when I practically worked I learnt the application of all these skills in effective and efficient manner.
