1PERSONAL STATEMENT Nursing practice is a very miscellaneous and valuable profession (Murdaugh, Parsons and Pender, 2018).I really feel it is a correct occupation I would like to pursue. It is my dream to be working in healthcare field ever since I was a kid. It is an aptitude for individuals with hardworking, consistent nature and people who are capable of quickly establishing a gullible relationship with different people (Alligood, 2017). And I believe I have all these abilities and a sincere aspiration in helping individuals who are I need of proper nursing. The role of nurses is changing in the Nursing Health System, with openings for nurses to proceed on better responsibility and to develop specialization (Butcheret al., 2018). After I graduate from my high school, I applied for nursing college and started working in a place as a part-time, in order to pay my nursing college charges. After completing my course, I received Diploma in nursing and become a registered nurse. I worked for almost eight years as a registered nurse and it was a really great experience for me and I was sure it is the right occupation for me to carry on with. It was my dream to aid people and protect lives and deliver a better healthcare to those who are in need of it. I have also worked as an unpaid assistant first aid trainer in the Public and Red Crescent Society in order to train people how to act and handle emergency situations. After this, in the year of 2013, I got my degree in Bachelor of nursing from the University of technology Sydney. As English is my second language, I have witnessed a lot of difficulties also. I also gained knowledge that it is very important for a nurse to have specific skills in order to monitor and progress hospital care services to gain quality care giving and to understand the importance I have received master black belt in Six Sigma. I have qualities of a good leader and to become a better leader I will require a lot of knowledge, practice as well as qualification. I have been assigned as a performance improvement officer in my healthcare service working with the KPIs and improvement projects. I have practiced trauma nursing and the hospital has witnessed a

By seeing my good work, the management has provided me with a Scholarship to receive master degree in nursing and healthcare administration Taking about myself I am a very enthusiastic individual, I enjoy learning new things, I love reading, specially books and literature which are related to medical field. I’m a musician and I love playing keyboard in my additional time. I am very good in time management which provides me the opportunity to work in diverse area with dissimilar tasks. I have worked in more than a 10 Hospital in New South Wales when I was pursuing my bachelor’s degree. In the same way, I really want to pursue my studies and work in UK in order to advance myself and I’m looking forward to progress my abilities. It is very essential for a patient to receive a proper healthcare treatment when they are at their most vulnerable period (Holloway and Galvin, 2016).I have selected nursing as my career as I know from my particular experience and practice that how important it is. I hope that by pursuing this degree I will be able to establish my lifelong profession that will surely make a great transformation.
