1PERSONAL STATEMENT
Nursing practice is a very miscellaneous and valuable profession (Murdaugh, Parsons and
Pender, 2018). I really feel it is a correct occupation I would like to pursue. It is my dream to
be working in healthcare field ever since I was a kid. It is an aptitude for individuals with
hardworking, consistent nature and people who are capable of quickly establishing a gullible
relationship with different people (Alligood, 2017). And I believe I have all these abilities
and a sincere aspiration in helping individuals who are I need of proper nursing. The role of
nurses is changing in the Nursing Health System, with openings for nurses to proceed on
better responsibility and to develop specialization (Butcher et al., 2018).
After I graduate from my high school, I applied for nursing college and started working in
a place as a part-time, in order to pay my nursing college charges. After completing my
course, I received Diploma in nursing and become a registered nurse. I worked for almost
eight years as a registered nurse and it was a really great experience for me and I was sure it
is the right occupation for me to carry on with. It was my dream to aid people and protect
lives and deliver a better healthcare to those who are in need of it. I have also worked as an
unpaid assistant first aid trainer in the Public and Red Crescent Society in order to train
people how to act and handle emergency situations. After this, in the year of 2013, I got my
degree in Bachelor of nursing from the University of technology Sydney. As English is my
second language, I have witnessed a lot of difficulties also. I also gained knowledge that it is
very important for a nurse to have specific skills in order to monitor and progress hospital
care services to gain quality care giving and to understand the importance I have received
master black belt in Six Sigma. I have qualities of a good leader and to become a better leader
I will require a lot of knowledge, practice as well as qualification. I have been assigned as a
performance improvement officer in my healthcare service working with the KPIs and
improvement projects. I have practiced trauma nursing and the hospital has witnessed a

I love playing keyboard in my additional time. I am very good in time management which
provides me the opportunity to work in diverse area with dissimilar tasks. I have worked in
more than a 10 Hospital in New South Wales when I was pursuing my bachelor’s degree. In
the same way, I really want to pursue my studies and work in UK in order to advance myself
and I’m looking forward to progress my abilities.
It is very essential for a patient to receive a proper healthcare treatment when they are at
their most vulnerable period (Holloway and Galvin, 2016). I have selected nursing as my
