INTRODUCTION
The Business management is considered as an important term in today's world. The business
management refers to the management of various business activities such as planning, organising
directing staffing etc. The business and the organisation are considered as an important part of the
economy as they are the provider of various opportunities and other relevant things to the youth and
well as the workers too. The business management provides the good quality of services and
products so as to deliver the best potential result to the customers. There are a lot of skills which are
required by the individuals so as to opt the effective business management.
MAIN BODY
The Term business is referred as the day to day activities which are completed so as to make the
effective us of tasks which has ben conducted on the regular basis. Business is consider as the plater
of various activities which are important to perform so as to make it function effectively and
efficiently. The business requires a lot of strategies and tactics so as to function properly, a good
management of business and the organisation can help it to remain well known and reputed in the
industrial sector thriving for the success and growth. The business has to stay dynamic and adapt
various changes in itself so that it can flourish in the long run by staying differentiated as well. The
term business management is considered as an Important aspect of the business which has evolved
as the major career objective of the youth nowadays, The younger, generation is mote attracted and
drawn towards the business and the industrial sector as they find it more interesting and passionable
.The generation is being more and more concerned about their future perspectives and goals as there
are a lot of goals and career options which are presented for the students. There are a lot of students
who have their keen Interest in studying business administration and business management as the
have the curiosity to learn various things related to the effective management of business and its
development as well. The students are being more focused in enhancing their present skills which
can help them to perform effectively and efficiently towards their first step in opting the business
field as their career. According to me, I have a great interest in studying business management as I
found that area very broad and specific to understand. For studying the business management and
obtaining the proper knowledge about the business and its various areas I had decided to opt a great
business school so as to know about the business and its aspects such as, customers, marketing
plans and strategies, account management and business plans so that the business management can
be a great option to explore. Before gaining the knowledge of business management and field, I

have gone through the research about the various operations that are related to the business
management. The operations are related with business activities and process. There is required a lot
of eligibility criteria and the effective degree that is required to pursue the business management.
The students are required to have a lot of capability and knowledge so as to pursue the skills of
business management and to gain the knowledge, One should opt an excellent business school so
that they can help the individual's and the students in an effective way. There are a lot of courses
which can be opted by the students so as to make themselves more skilled and knowledgable in the
field of business and management. Such as, Bachelors in business and management. The person
who are willing to opt such courses and business management field should have various qualities
and abilities so that they can act more effectively and efficiently in the field of their interest. The
students and individuals can enhance their present skills in many ways such as practising, gaining
knowledge and reading as well. For thriving in the field of business management, The students
should have leadership qualities, ability to perform effectively, good communication skills, an
ability to involve with the team and also the capability to sustain the pressure and to handle various
situations so that they can improve the functional ability and they can also increase their
productivity too. My interest was to have an MBA degree, so that I can get various advantages
which was related with wealth, knowledge, enhancement of my present skills and certain other
values and experience which can help me to build a better future which can help me further in
achieving my objectives both in a personal and a professional way. I decided to opt an excellent B
school in UK namely, Harvard Business school London, so that I can be recognised with an
international degree having many advantages and benefits which can encourage my skills and
future perspective can also be looked after in a better way, along with that my decision of opting the
B school was also related to the best and excellent placements and other facilities which can get me
closer towards the step of achieving success towards my MBA Degree. By pursuing such masters
degree of business management, it can allow me to have a great salary, a good management
position, also I can develop more strong and professional network. Along with this, The more the
investment done on future is, the more will be the return I can get. During the time of MBA I
learned various things from my teachers and class mates and also get various benefits in my
professional life. Firstly, I developed skills in me which includes communication, decision making,
time management and others. With help of these skills I easily completed my task in prescribed
time. Secondly witgh help of persuing professional degree I easily received decent job with high
package. In this way my career and future are easily secured for long time. With help of master
degree I also understand that in which way task are performed effectively in group and individual.
Due to receiving advanced and meaningful knowledge I am able to take right decisions in time for
decreasing the various issues effectively. Thirdly, after joining the branded company my career is

highly developed in the field of marketing and HR. Because in this field I have high passion and
interest and due to this I am able to perform the task in systematic manner and high quaality. Due to
the effective utilization of developed skills I am able to understand the value of task which is
provided to me by higher authorities. Fourthly, the most important thing which is developed at
maximum level is leadership and with help of leadership I am able to manage the task and my team
mates in systematic manner. It is highly essential for me to understand my own strenght and
weakness in efficient manner. An MBA can help hone verbal and written communication skills,
allowing you to successfully convey concepts to different people at different levels of an
organization to ensure everyone is able to work together toward a common goal. During MBA I
also realize that it is a very competitive job in market and advanced degree can assist to set an
applicant apart from their peers. During my professional life I am able to maintain proper
coordiantion with others which is beneficial for me to understand their real problems effectively.
By keeping MBA I am able to solve the complicated problems quickly. MBA offers an perfect
professional start and leads to an extensive scope for professional competences and improvement.
An MBAis designed to assist graduates for gaaining better understanding of general business
management functions. Experienced specialists take up MBA courses to make a shift in their
profession. MBA courses offer scope for a progressive outlook.
CONCLUSION
The above reflection went into detail with a complex issue such as the importance of business
management and its different aspects so that the individuals and the students can perform
effectively and efficiently in the field of management. Along with that, The decision of opting to B
schools and their advantages were also highlighted above.
