Since I’m a nursing student and it would like to become an adult nurse, it is because I really would
like to help the people who require any kind of support. In a nursing home, I also work as a care
provider and to pursue the profession as a care provider, I will have to work on many things so that I
can effectively able to help the people who need support. To provide an effective care towards
people, I have to build my skills such as communication skills, an emotional stability, flexible, detail
oriented, the professionalism towards the care which is being provided to the people. With the help
of an effective communication skill, I can effectively develop a conversation with the patient. It can
also help me to build a trust with the patient and ultimately this can help me to provide the patient
an effective care so that they can recover speedily from their illness. In addition to this, caring is
another skill which I want to adopt while providing care to the patients. In context with the medical
and physical assistance, I’ll also require some care to express in front of the patients. It is done by
actively listening as well as interacting with them. If I have a genuine concern for the welfare of the
others then the job could be quite ideal for me. In this, for many of the patients, an isolation is a
condition that the patients will face on every day, often with the most negative consequences. It is
the only reason that the providing the care for me is quite vital. Another skill which I have to adopt is
being friendly to provide an effective care. In this, being approachable as well as open can effectively
help me to build or raise a rapport. It can also improve my working relationship with the patients. as
I can spend the majority of my working days in interacting with the patients, who can exhibit the
behavioural problems. Having a positive or a friendly attitude can ensure that can feel safe as well as
happy in my presence. Another skill on which I have to work or can acquire is being flexible. In this,
care work is generally a varied occupation, no two days are specifically are same in my working life
and I need to attend the various different patients in a day. And, it is quite important to work with a
flexibility as well as be able to acquire the very new situations. In this, being flexible can simply allow
me to provide the best service towards those I care for. A nursing care plan can involve all the
relevant data of the patients such as its diagnosis, the goals of treatment, the very particular nursing
orders contains the required observations as well as the actions which must be performed at last an
action plan for evaluation. Depending upon the care organization, the care plan can be varied. It can
usually involve a diagnosis, its goals, nursing interventions and last evaluation. For the better
outcomes, I have to prepare care plan of the ill people so that I can effectively understand the
condition of the patients and the patients can live independently. The care plan is also essential as it
can provide the understanding of the things which are required to support the ill people. A care is
generally a core business of the social care services. In this, the care which is being delivered can aid
the people as well as can enhances the well-being of the whole society. The patients usually who can
receive the care are generally expected it to be right for them during every step of the patient’s life.
To fulfil all my desires, the nursing school is an important factor in between this. As I am very much
interested in the biology subject and to enhance the skills from which I can provide help to the
needed people. I have to continue my education from the nursing school in the field of medical it is
because through such education I can effectively able to provide the best possible care towards the
patients in the future prospective.
