PERSONAL STATEMENT
I have always dreamt of going in aviation industry, as this will fulfil my desire of travelling the
world. I am curious to know different people through travelling from one country to another and
get the knowledge of all the different cultures that are followed by people all around the globe. In
order to do so, I am currently studying public services which will help me in in becoming
successful within aviation industry because I have observed that working for a particular aim
may help an individual to become able to achieve that particular goal in effective and efficient
ways. Being an enthusiastic person, The answer here is the travelling option because I might get
opportunities to travel the world and this is something which an employee dogs were to happen
in his or her life to travel the world. While working for a carrier can be requesting, it's elusive a
superior industry for movement openings. A portion of the positions themselves require broad
travel; pilots and airline stewards for instance could visit upwards of ten urban communities on a

impacted positively on my team working related capabilities and skills. I know about myself bad
whatever the team I am working with them at the moment I give my level best to cope up with
all the suggestions given by other individuals and also try to pull out different alternatives that

would help both me and my colleagues to achieve the desired goals in a specified time frame.
This is where I can easily say that I am pretty much effective in handling the team or while
working with them even in the uncertain situations as well.
Also, I have extended my diploma as well because this is something which would help me in
enhancing my existing skills and knowledge towards aviation industry and since then I am
studying continuously so that I may get right job in this particular sector and settle myself in
today's competitive business environment. In my knowledge, I am filled with leadership skills
which help me in in delivering all the information to the team members and also give them tasks
based on their skills and capabilities. I need to improve leadership skills as well because then
only I can most probably make my team members much more fruitful to me and to the
organisation as well in which I will be working. This will not only benefit me but my team
members as well because their skills will improve and this will impact positively on overall
productivity and profitability of the organisation as well. As a business it’s to the greatest
advantage of carriers and air terminals that their representatives are ceaselessly growing, so they
guarantee that they offer their workers preparing and vocation advancement. Alongside yearly

every single project and this can only be done by me through enhancing my learning skills which
will automatically develop industry so that I can live my dream life.
