The idea here is to develop a customer service strategy for a retail organization Coles,
and introduce an add on, on selling products. This would encourage customers to go
beyond their shipping list and explore other items in the POS area.
The implementation plan will be divided into 2 tables, one of which will discuss and talk
about what has to be done, and the next table will talk about how it will be done!!!
