A personal SWOT analysis can be defined as a strategic method of self assessment that
encompasses and describes an individual's strengths, weaknesses, threats, and opportunities. In the
following report I will analyze the factors affecting my aim of being a digital marketer in the
hospitality industry by conducting a personal SWOT analysis. It will be followed by a personal
action plan.

Here is a SWOT analysis for assessing my career in digital marketing in the Hospitality industry.
STRENGTHS
I believe have good interpersonal and
cognitive skills with an analytical
mindset.
I like interacting with people in an

content is my superpower.
WEAKNESSES
One central weakness is my lack of work
experience in hospitality firm.
I am sometimes doubtful about my long-
term vision.

some researching, I
found that many online

my content skills. It can

develop creativity.
Having defined my
goal and objective to
strengthen content
writing skills, I need to

timeline for achieving

from its assigned to its
