Career goal
According to Rook, to build a remarkable career one should not focus only on getting
a high salaried job but also should pursue the career that someone will cherish even in his or
her old age. This is because if you are in love with your job, it will automatically lead you to
make a success story (Rook 2019). Therefore, the best plan that I can develop for myself is
that searching for a job or a career option that not only matches my skill but also yield me
greater outcomes in the future. Thus, the three goals or career choices I would like to cherish
my entire life includes being a market analyst, research analyst or researcher. All these career
options are related to one another in their initial stage. This is because all these options
include research of a particular thing or system. The motive behind selecting these career
choices is that I am both interested in performing the work associated with the career options
as well as there are growth prospects included in the mentioned career options (Osborn and
Dames 2013).
Currently, the demand for a market and a researcher is continuously increasing. This
is because the business sector is rapidly growing around the world and this sector requires
advice from these analysts to formulate a suitable strategy. Moreover, these profiles help in
gaining knowledge about the current dynamics of the market condition. The continuous
process of research helps one keep updated with world conditions (Green and Henseke 2014).
These options are suitable for a person who likes to keep himself or herself updated with a
constant dose of information. This field is extremely dynamic and efficient. Thus, there is an
immense opportunity in this domain to build a successful career (Wright Jenkins-Guarnieri
and Murdock 2013).

Current dynamics to sustain the desired goals
To fulfill the desired goals of my career, I need to have the knowledge and strength
for matching the criteria that a research firm requires. Not only should I include all my key
strengths and opportunities but also my weak points (Addams and Allfred 2013). Therefore,
let us begin by listing all the strengths and opportunities that are inherited by me during my
academic career. My strength includes- I can learn things easily and I like to learn and gather
knowledge about new things. I have a good grip on English and I have basic knowledge
about market dynamics. In addition to this, I have a commendable amount of patience and
good communication skills. I am responsible and dedicated to my work. I have always proven
my responsibility during my academics. Additionally, I can manage a team and can pursue
the development of teamwork. I have proven the strength of mine in my past as well.
Therefore, I can pursue the market research field with the help of my strength. This is
because this field requires good communication skills, teamwork, knowledge about the basic
market and a responsible attribute (Trought 2017).
My peers and professors reviewed all the qualities of mine. All the five people that
have completed my questionnaire have agreed that I have good communication skills and I
am responsible for my work. Moreover, they have agreed that I am a quick learner and have
immense patience to grab knowledge. I can carefully derive outcomes and have qualities to
manage a team carefully. However, a majority of the five people do not agree with the career
option that I have chosen. Despite this disagreement, I can mention that I can become a
researcher because I possess all the qualities required to become one.
Though I have mentioned all the strengths that are required to pursue my career goal,
yet I have certain weaknesses and threats that keep me lagged. My weaknesses include- I can
get demotivated easily and get distracted by the reviews of my close ones. I am not creative
enough to bring life and creativity into work. I do not have enough experience in business
