With the help of identifying personal SWOTanalysis individuals can go through all their strengths, weaknesses as well as opportunitiesand threats. All the strengths help them in making better future as well as weaknesses whichhe/she needs to overcome. The present part states the SWOT analysis of the general managerof X Company through which he helps in overcoming with the issues faced by company. It isone of the most essential part through which a person can identify his/her personaldevelopment as well as various career opportunities. Manager plays a crucial role within anyorganization and whole decisions regarding the management of company based on theirskills. Further, as a general marketing manager of X company I must possess my SWOTanalysis so I can go through my appropriate personal development as well.Strength:A personal strength is a most important asset which helps in making anindividual more attractive. X Company is facing several issues due to which they are not ableto attract and retain huge customers. As a general marketing manager, I am having anexcellent staff for handling overall sales with strong knowledge of current products. It is themajor strength which helps me in enhancing my sales with increasing consumer’s loyalty. Byhaving best sales persons I can easily enhance my sales and retain more number of customers.As a marketing manager in X Company I need to have several skills and capabilities throughwhich I can easily overcome with the product recall and limited geographical reach problems.I can take varied decisions in an appropriate way helps the company in overcoming with yhecurrent issues faced by them. With the help of appropriate decision making and problemsolving skill I am able to lead more number of people as well as employees. They can bettersurvive in a team environment and share several ideas with each other. With the help of thisand better working environment I am able to take several justifiable decisions. It helps me inmotivating my team members which I want to lead. As a result I can get appropriate, well-designed as well as successful marketing strategies. One of the major responsibilities of themarketing manager is to select better sales team as well as appropriate promotional andadvertisement tools through which better marketing of products can be done. With the help ofhaving all such skills and capabilities I am able to take several decisions regarding the onlinestores of company. Another major strength which I posses is that I am having a strong marketexperience in the past years. It is the best part through which I can make better marketinganalysis for X Company.
