Part 1-Part B personal wellness plan
Part 1 Original personal wellness plan is provided in the table below.

Sections covered Goals
Physical wellness Need to start morning walk habit for half an hour regularly.
Mental/emotional wellness Need to read one chapter of favorite story books before
going to bed.
Nutritional wellness Develop a new diet plan emphasizing more on fruits and
green vegetable intake. Need to track fruit intake by marking
their numbers in a weekly fruit consumption chart.
Spiritual wellness Start practicing yoga and meditation early in the morning for
half an hour before morning walk. Will also visit a religious
center once a week.
New habit building Will write down one positive thought at the end of each day.
Social wellness Meet with old friends once a week.
Occupational wellness Will start focusing on my career interests and for that will
join career advancement professional centers for training.
Every SMART goal is accomplished wisely but social wellness is not being maintained
effectively as increased digitalization has increased physical distances among close
acquaintances. Even if I personally take the initiative of meeting friends others do not live up to
the expectations and this is not working well. Need to develop other social wellness plans soon

like writing blogs and articles on current affairs forming a web group of friends. Also, the diet
plans are a little bit changed where fruits and vegetable intake are altered on weekly basis, that
is, in one week focus on vegetables is given priority and on the other fruits. Furthermore, I have
developed habit of walk, yoga and meditation and is continuing them at present. Reading was my
favorite past time and so developing this goal was the easiest. I am also writing down one
positive thought each day in a notebook.
Part 2
The importance of a personal wellness plan cannot be neglected ((Pimento & Kernstead,
2015). The plan develops a more rational sense of well-being and self-care (Blount & Mullen,
2015). Its value in life cannot be denied. A personal wellness plan provides a positive growth to
life and increase self-confidence and self-esteem of the person (Courtney, 2015). Increased stress
in life is hindering the enrichment of it and in this regard the plan provides a perfect balance of
mind, body and spirit (Law et al., 2017).

Part 1
Safety issues are the followings,
1. No helmet while riding bike
2. Plugged in earphones while driving
3. Turning up the volume and tune
4. Texting while walking
5. Eating in hasty
6. No proper bike parking
