INTRODUCTION
Individual's learning can be customised in a range of methods, such as customized
coursework, a personalized educational atmosphere, guided practice, and much more (Al Kanti,
El Hajjaji and El Bardouni, 2019). The accompanying study's real aim is to act as a reflecting
document of several weeks addressed all throughout the modules, with the final purpose of
attaining an assessment of every condition through a selection from every week's overview. It is
a method which aims to provide an assessment of various statistical materials obtained in the
course of reporting assessment and examination in order to gain understanding of the topic
material within discussion. A variety of theories and approaches could be used to boost the
effectiveness of reflective measures that could be explored in the research.
Part A: Reflective Journal
Week 1- The initial week consists of a sequence of brief, self-paced sessions that introduce
participants to the multiple components. In the next week, technical sector events are
highlighted, as well as a review of overall directed instructional teaching and staff contact hours.
This week's key objective is to integrate an exploration of a variety of training themes into
instructor assessments. This program that includes a unique study guide for individualised
training focuses on recognizing academic results. Learners too were assigned 4 additional study
goals to accomplish as component of such an examination. Utilizing the whiteboard presentation,
the learner manual, and the group, more basic content is generated throughout the initial week.
Week 2- By concentrating on multiple major educational goals, the aim of this week is to
evaluate the importance of observation and discussion for persons in a variety of fields. Learners
will find it easier to comprehend the significance of various reflective aims and the numerous
structured practices which must be followed in order to attain success if people take this into
consideration. Besides that, the main purpose of this week is to examine how the monitoring
