INTRODUCTION
Personalised learning refers to approach that empowers the learners involving them in the
learning at all stages from setting the own targets to evaluating the performance and goals
achieved. The report will provide about the personal development methods and their analysis.
PDP stands for personal development plan which is structured framework which is
framed for becoming aware of the personal skills, identifying and developing the skills needed.
On the basis of this people work out what they want to achieve. It is prepared for improving the
performance ans self development (Rimmer, 2018). It helps the person identifying areas of
improvement, setting goals, measuring the progress and outlining the strategy for achieving these
objectives.

Stage 1 Analysis
Strengths
I am creative and often able to impress the clients with new perspectives towards brand.
This strength is developed as I love viewing things from different perspectives so that
new ideas and procedures could be identified.
I have good communication skills. I do not hesitate interacting with people and can
imprint good impression over others. For example I can make people comfortable with
me easily.
I have the ability to work with others and adjust in different environment. This strengths
has been developed by working in different work environment and cultures.
I am committed towards work and do not get distracted from objectives easily. The skill
helps in focusing over one thing at a time and doing it with perfection.
I have good technical knowledge of my field with good grades that will help in getting
good jobs in future.
Weaknesses
I have strong compulsion of doing things quickly that often leads to sacrifice of quality. It
has to be improved within short period.
I feel stressed when having too many tasks. I face difficulty in handling multiple task at a
time which is very essential in a organisation.

Time management has been oldest weakness of mine. I pay strong attention towards the
task and work but face issues in managing the time. There is often delay in completing
the work or task.
I face issues in accepting other's ideas over mine. This weakness affects and being
worked on to overcome.
Opportunities
Companies are requiring candidates with good technical knowledge and skills of the field
which is opportunity for the candidates.
The world is shifting towards automation and creating new opportunities for the people.
They are in search of candidates with good communication skills and who could adjust in
diversified work environment.
Company is also growing with increase in revenues and business operations. This will
provide new responsibilities and roles to be performed in the business.
Threats
The competition is increasing day by day that lays emphasis for improving the personal
skills and knowledge.
Automation may change the job role and work for which I have to analyse the future
requirements and develop my skills accordingly.
The workload may affect my creativity and I may become habitual with ongoing
practices of work.

Stage 3 Personal Objectives
Personal objectives refer to specific goals to be achieved by individual. These are
important as it communicates the person what is essential and what they are required to achieve
that (Day-Calder, 2017). My goal is of achieving the targets and enhancing the skills that will
enhance the individual personality of mine. Setting personal objective provides defined direction
to the person to be followed for achieving the goals. As University student it is essential to frame
the different objectives as per the time frame like short term objective to be achieved within one
year, medium term goals to be achieved within 1 to 2 years and long term goals are one to be
achieved within 3 years or more (Rahmatillah and Desiana, 2019). As university students
following could be considered as different objectives.
