REFLECTIVE PROFILE Name: LinkedIn: My learning style is visual spatial through which I am able to visualise the core concept and increase the effectiveness of my learning procedure through which I am able to analyse the situations for which information is being provided. This means that I can develop a simulation of the real world scenario for which the information is being provided, through which efficient imagination I am able to identify the different alternative measures which can be taken for resolving the problem. My Belbin team role is communicative because of my efficient communication with others and also with that I am also very efficient in understanding the problems of others because of which I am able to identify the situations. This means that I am able to identify the core requirements of the team and through which I can also showcase the improvisations which a team has to make on the basis of arising situations for achieving desired target. My conflict style is accommodating because I used to establish effective communication with others because of which mismatch in creative issues often arise and thus due to which I end up having a conflict over some issues.
