Personalised learning is related with the educational approach in which the main motive is to make the customisation or modification of learning according to each of the students skills, interests and their strengths(Patton and Thomas, 2019). To the students it is important that their tutor makes the learning plan on how they can develop the learning. Students with their teachers makes the development of their short term and long term goals so that they can develop the learning and can also achieve success in the learning which they will do. This report will cover the personal development plan, the goals which has to be developed and the personal objectives. SWOT analysis- Strengths- Critical thinking-This skill is considered to be the strength of mine in which I am able to express my thoughts and the situation in which I will be most comfortable. It helps me majorly when I have to do my assignment to conduct research on information. Collaboration skill-I am able to work in a team when the task are divided on the basis of capabilities. This is important to me because when I have to work with many people then it helps me in the development of new ideas and thoughts. Weakness- Communication skill-This skill of mine needs improvement because I know that this will not help me in developing my confidence. Responsibility-I am not good in taking responsibilities for the work which is given to me by my tutor(Mäkelä and et. al., 2018). This is the reason because of which I lack in becoming accountable for tackling the challenges. Opportunities-
Internship programs-Attending any of the internship program will be helpful to me as this will make me develop my skills(Wong and Li, 2020). The internship program which I will pursue is in accordance with my future goals. Learning of new skills-I will make the identification of learning and the development of skills which will be helpful to me for achieving success in my career. Threats- Increase in competition-The increasing competition is terrifying me daily because students are pursuing new things which is helping them in the development of their capabilities. Lack of resources-This is the another threat which can affect in achieving the success. It is because in pursuing any of the degree the finance is a main resource which will be required. Personal development plan- Analytical skills- What do I have to do?-To increase my analytical skills I have to develop the habit of reading more things. It is because when I will develop the habit of learning and reading more then this will help me to develop the conclusions. I will solve more mathematical problems which will be helpful to me in identifying the ways by which the maths problem will be used as this is used in jobs. How will I measure success?-The analytical skills of mine will be developed on the basis of giving online aptitude test which will provide me the feedback as to how much I have to learn and what improvements I have to make in developing this skill(Donitsa-Schmidt and Ramot, 2020). Target date for review?-Around 6 Months Communication skills- What do I have to do?-To increase and develop my communication skill I have to increase the conversation with other people because with this only I would be bale to make the sentence formation and choosing of right words. Reading and writing diary will also be helpful to me in developing my
communication skills. How will I measure success?-Communication skill of mine will be developed on the basis of taking feedbacks from people as what things I have to change and what improvements I can make. This will also be identified on the basis of identifying that how confident I have become in having conversation with other people(Cheng, Watson and Newby, 2018). Target date for review?-1 Month Personal Objectives The short term goal which I have to pursue is to develop a morning routine. It is because I am the person who usually wake up late in the morning because of which I have to leave many of the important activities which can be done only in the time of morning. The another thing which I have to develop is to explore some thing which is new to me and will be helpful in developing my future goal. The other goal is to attend the personality development class.In the medium term goal I have to make the identification of the goal which I have to pursue in my future. It is important because with this only I would be able to design my future plan(Lee and et. al., 2018). The other plan is to finish the degree course which I am pursuing which will be important. It is because after finishing the course I would be able to find out another thing which I have to learn. The other is to find out the weak skill in me and to develop it. My long term goal will be to learn a new language which will be for the years as this will help me to pursue new opportunities. The another long term goal of mine will be to receive the hiring call from my dream job. Increasing my income is the another long term goal which I have to achieve because with this I can accomplish any of the things which I want to. Conclusion From the above report it can be concluded that personalised learning is important for the students because it ensures the engagement of students. The reason for this is that if the teachers will be making the plan as to how it has to be communicated to students then in this way the students will learn fast and would be
