Introduction:
Reflective learning is a conscious way in which an individual think or analyses
those situation in which they involved. It allows to revise of the lived experience and
help to create the critical thinking skills. It is the simplest form as it reflecting on what
an individual do and it also take some steps to improve these skills for future.
Reflective learning is an exploration of the experiences for making the humans more
aware of their action. These learning includes the experience, values, beliefs,
attitude, fears and assumptions. It is that form of an education in which students
reflect upon their experience of learning.

develop these skills.
During the study I have learned the topic of business communication in which I find out
that I am lacking in such communication skill. So I started to work on this skill as I was
not much confident while talking with others. To improve my this listening and
speaking skill I started taking online classes and read the English newspaper in order
to improve my fluency. I also focus on my body language because its has an
important role during speaking. I focuses on my speaking tone to ensure that it should
not be too loud and too soft (Coleman, 2020).

While I was study the topic of leadership them I leaned many thing form this such as
how to influence an individual because this skill will helps me in future professional
career. To improve this skill I developed the situational awareness as this ability helps
me to recognize the opportunities which others overlook. Being a good leader it is also
very essential that I listen suggestion of others. I keep continue to learn something new
as it help to keep my brain sharp with skills fresh. The learning habit also prepare me
for the new challenges that can come my way and it is a good thing to became a
leader (Grewling, 2019)

During this learning sessions, I study the concept of business management and this

study helps me a lot to develop my managerial skills which is essential in all
professions. I stared the volunteering because this work is a good way to build my
management skills and also my resume. The volunteering head projects and the lead
meetings helps me to gaining the management experience. The volunteer opportunity
give me a chance of branching out into the working areas I may not have much to do
with and meet new people to improve my management skills. For this, I also worked
on to develop my emotional intelligence as to perceive the other's emptions (Earnest
and Amador, , 2018).

In this time period, I develop my marketing skills during this study. It is very essential
for my career as to uses the future opportunity in this field. To learn this skill I
continuously keep up with the industrial trends and read up on what is new in the
market. I also understand the customer's journey and the targeted person as it is a
great resources for study and enhance the marketing or sales skills. There are some
other outside marketing skills such as coding, statistics and consumer behaviour that
helps me to under stand the market and I gain much knowledge about the marketing
(Jackson, , 2017).

When I study the HR practice then I came to know that how the HR department of an
organisation works. By this topic develop my training and development skill because it
is very essential in an organisation in order to develop the employee's productivity with
the aim of maximise the profitability. I learned that how the HR operate the
organisational functions efficiently and the process of recruit and selection of
employees. By this, I learned that how to create a flat an an egalitarian organisation. It
give me various information such as how to create a safe workplace and how to
compare the employee's performance (Corrie, 2018).

During the study of business environment I develop my critical thinking skill as in business
environment there are various micro and macro environmental factors that impact a business.
By learning this study I got to know that how to analyse these factors and what steps we
should taken to avoid these factors or to overcome from these negative components. By this, I
become self aware and consider my own thought process, beliefs and values to understand
the business environment. It helps me to develop foresight for a critical situation and I also

learned that how to handle a such type of critical situation (Abma, and et.al., 2019).

In the learning se4ssion, I study about the business analysis, by this topic I came to
know that how the decision making skill is effective. I worked ton enhance my this skill
as after analysing the business an individual need to take an appropriate decisions for
this, a good decision making skill is very essential for me. For this, I observed every
thing and situation carefully to give final decision and for this I learned to define a
problem properly and also determine its desired outcome and then identifies the best
solution to take any final decision. By taking an appropriate solution we take a final
decision to implement it (Aini, 2018).

During this weak, I study about the Maslow hierarchy theory I develop my motivational
skill as it make me understandable that why motivation is essential. To improve the
performance at work place or any where the motivation is a good tool. I improved my
this skills by setting some small and measurable goal and its positive results motivate
me. I started to focus on my accomplishments and celebrate my success in order to
keep stay motivated. This skill help me to shifting my motivation from getting to giving
as when we change the way we look at things, then the things we look at change
(Russell., and et.al., , 2018).

During this weak, I study the about the innovation and technology, due to this I develop
my IT skills. As in this modern era, every business adopt latest technology to get
success. To improve my technical skills I start to read technical books and also read
the online tutorials. To learn moire about the technology I subscribe the technical
channels and taking classes. I analysed my skill and implement what I learned. By
research and development we can also improve our skill. To gain the knowledge
about latest technology and their benefits as this knowledge will be helpful for me
(Lopez-Cabrales, Bornay-Barrachina, and Diaz-Fernandez, 2017)

In this week, I study about the employees engagement, and it help me to develop my
teamwork skills. As I learned by it that how the engagement of employees lead a better
performance and give different ideas or suggestion to make the business plan in order
to accomplish their organisational objective. When workers are engaged, then it also
enhance their productivity because they personally invest in this job. When a team
exercise together then it make the team very strong and also create a positive mindset.
By working in a team we get the knowledge of several skills because everyone has
different opinion and it leads to success (Cusack, 2018)
