INTRODUCTION
Personal development planning is about to form strategic direction that can favor the
overall personal level growth and development of an individual. This report will discuss the
respective personal development plan in context to an individual. Henceforth, the initial stage of
the project will include the reflective assessment for an individual to identify different strengths,
weakness, opportunity and threat part of the overall personality of an individual. Furthermore,
report will form a precise personal development plan in context to such individual.

Analysis
This is the analysis section that will consider my various strength, weakness, opportunity
and threat being an individual. Analysis section will focus over highlighting different personal
level analysis to support the best level of personal development planning as an individual.
Following are my various strength, weakness, opportunity and threat part of my overall
personality as an individual.
Strength
 Note taking is one of my key strength
that I carry in my personality which
support and help me out in taking and
making the note professionally. Note
taking ability always favour in
collecting information in the best way
possible so that all important aspects
and topics that I needed to involve in
my operations can be projected in the
best way possible.
 I carry an effective information
technology skill which favour me in
delivering best level of utilisation of
Weakness
I contain a poor decision making skill. This has
also restricted myself in achieving the best
level of professional objectives and working
outcomes (Andersson and Jonsson, 2020). Poor
decision making ability always relies over
other individual and professionals who can
take decisions on behalf of myself.
Academic writing is also a key weakness that I
found in myself. I got a poor academic writing
ability which restricts myself in presenting the
best level of content in front of others.
