Personal development:It is the pattern of various features like behaviour, feelings, thoughts etc. which distinguish person from one another. Personality development program plays crucial role in taking decisions regarding career of individual. The requirement for identifying & improving personality of an individual has been observe as vital element by everyone who aspires for good personality to shape good scope for students in their future. The term personality development is created by joining two terms first one is personality and other is development. Word personality includes characteristics & qualities of an individuals. It is related to the way of of interaction when we comes in contact of other person. Personality is the only thing that makes us unique and supports to stand apart from group of people.
