Personalized learning is an important aspect which is used for making development
of individual done in more effective way. Through this development an individual is able to
achieve personal goals and objectives with better efficiency. The file has discussed about
certain aspects of such learning in detail.

Strengths Areas for further development
 Problem solving skills From the
past experiences I gained so much
information about my personality.
From the learning provided to me
throughout these weeks I gained
number of learning in regard to my
project. In addition to this face some
issues learning weeks. But with my
ability of problem solving approach I
effectively eliminated the barriers
which clearly reflecting my problem
solving skills
 communication skills- in the
learning weeks I learnt how to
communicate my personal thoughts
and ideas to someone else. In
regard to this I interacted with my
teacher during the module. Due to
my effective communication skills I
describe my feelings and issues
more effectively sue to which I
gained the efficient solutions to my
queries.
 Time management skills- During
the learning weeks one thing which
created issues was the time
management scenarios. As I faced
some issues in fulfilling my personal
goals on time.
 Efficient learning- I acquired huge
academic learnings and knowledge
during the determined weeks. Still
lacks effective learning which
makes my knowledge over subjects
weak. It has impacted my over all
personality and academic integrity.
Opportunities Threats
 Need to improve time
management skills – I need to
work on my time management skills.
By developing the effective time
table for each activity with specific
deadlines can help in achieving my
goals on time.
 Need to work on writing skills- By
reading the authors article and
choosing the words wisely before
writing can help me in enhance my
writing skills.
 Lack of time management skills-
If I failed in developing the
respected skills it can impact my
academic career such as missing of
project deadlines can decline my
personal grade.

writing skills can cause issues in
order to express the ideas and
thoughts in written. Hence, it can
work as an barrier in paraphrasing
of reliable articles. Therefore I need
to eliminate issues or it can impact
my academic grades
