The efforts, practices, health, knowledge, skills etc areincreased by this HR management. HR management is work for the employees and the otherstakeholders of the organization. There is a structure in which members of organization workedso for their benefit and to net with their goals HR management is so helpful. The process ofmanagement has helped the employees as they can perform there level best. HR managementhelps to improve the quality of an employee that he can behave good socially and personally sohe can meet with its needs and expectations (Tang and Rothenberg, 2017). Human resource management provides the opportunities to an employee that it canupgrade its skills and also its performance level so organization will have the benefit of itsefficient work and the collaboration can be possible with a medium that is provided b y theHuman resource management. It can be done directly or indirectly so that employee of themember of that organization can reach their individual goals. In an organization the humanresource management is responsible for the all operations which are essential for theorganization and also can be so beneficial for the individual as well. Human resource management manage the relationship between the coworkers and themanagers of the organization. It provides the scenario in which the employees can work with thepositive and harmonious manner. It makes their stakeholders so comfortable so they can befavourable for the organization. HR management is responsible to make the staff remain in theorganization. Human resource management have their aims and objectives, but these objectivesare coordinated with the aims and objectives of the organization (Ones and Schmidt, 2017). Human resource management has so many objectives but mainly there is an objectiveaccording to which they want to develop the better quality of the services which they will1

provide to their customers. The organization has the same objective that it want to serve the bestservices and also the marketing of such products has to be good so they can make more profitfrom that. The individual objective of the employees will help the human resource managementto develop their personal and corporate factors. This concept have so much potential to increasethe performance of employee and relative organization (Martin and Stiles, 2016). There are some objectives of the Human resource management which can be reachedwith the help of individual objectives. Making the appropriate employment in the organization,the creation of such skills which are developed in those employees should be maintained by theHuman resource management. These skills will help the organization to achieve the objectives. The conditions in the organization has to be compatible with the comfort zone ofemployee. It should be established and maintained and also cherished as the various operationslike application, development of the people, the individual goals has to be achieved with thecustomer satisfaction (Tang and Rothenberg, 2017). The organization in which the human resource management is working can use theavailable human resources to get efficient and effective outcome. The integration of different functions is done by the human resource to manage therelations between the employees from start to the end, shown as:As per the profile's requirement the selection and recruitment of the staff.The training and development programs.The performance evaluation of the job.The description about the position in the organization and their respectiveresponsibilities. The internal issues should be removed by developing the programs, workshops, coursesetc employees must have the continues communication with the management. Leadership development and its promotion.To maintain the wealthy environment in the organization the psychological assistantshould be there for each employee. 2
