Introduction
Health and Social Care is defined as the
services which are being delivered to the one
who requires it for the purpose of removing
the illness. In present scenario it is necessary
because it helps to improve the health
condition of an individual who suffers from
various problem. This file will be mainly
based on National Health Services (NHS).

There are number of approaches and theories are required to be implemented
for the purpose of enhancing the result within the health care.

them. They have a huge role to play in any of the field because they are the
one who take most of the decision. In context of NHS, their manger and
leader have to play important role for changing the overall structure of
treatment. Depression is one of the most complicated problem at current
scenario which is required to be solved as soon as possible.

important thing that need to be considered by any of the organisation. There

have the money to buy the medicines for having the better treatment. It can be
suggested to NHS that changes should be done in the field were rates should be
changed so that people can get better treatment facilities of depression because

 Social factor: The position of health level is decreasing day by day and it is
important that to do something so that positive results can be achieved. Here, if
any of the changes is required to be done then lifestyle of the pubic is required

Management Styles
There are different types of leadership and management style which can be
considered for the purpose of achieving targets and goals (Cameron,
Bostock and Lart, 2014). This management and leadership styles helps
organisation to do planning in a systematic manner.
 Democratic Leadership Style: It is the leadership style under which leader
try to involve other team member for making any of the decision through
which chances of obtaining better result increases automatically
 Autocratic Leadership: It is one dimension leadership style where powers
and authority is delegated to the single body.

high degree of trust is shown within other members of a company. It is
helpful sometime and even it might create problem too.
 Authoritarian management styles: This form of management style is being
followed by the company whenever manager of the company do not believe
their subordinates.

Impacts Of Cultural, Social
And Political Factors
There is the huge impact of any of the factor but it is important to understand
that what can be the importance of cultural, social and political
background. The current situation of healthcare is not so good because
most of the treatment are expensive which doesn't allow patient to recover
from illness. Social, cultural and political background can easily change
the overall structure because it will help to advice them that how patient
should be treated.

Triad Of Theoretical
The mind map shows that main reason behind
depression is medical illness, lose of loved
one, personal or sexual abuse,
unemployment and many more. It do have
the treatment which can be done only by the
psychotherapy, exercise and anti depressant.
It can be said that there is the linkage
between all theoretical perspective, policies
because it can easily guide the NHS that
what can be the main reason behind the
increasing the reason of depression through
which it can be easily found that how this
issues can be resolved.

Conclusion
It is concluded from the above file that health and social care do have lots of
responsibilities related to the patient. There are various types of approaches
that can be used for the purpose of achieving the targets of an organisation.
The legislative body of United Kingdom says that every patient must be
treated equally as every patient are equal but it is not possible to give to same
level of treatment because every member do not have same sort of manpower.
Different management and leadership style can easily guide that how any of
the work is required to be done and who have the major roles and
responsibilities that is necessarily to be completed.
